Chapter 5: Narutos Mission

Naruto P.O.V

" WHY THE HELL ARE WE GOING ALL THE WAY TO THE HIDDEN CLOUD?!" I said with curiousness mixed with anger. I trip to the Hidden cloud is a week of walking by itself. I don't want to be away from Hinata for too long...

" Well, um... I need you to record all the species of animals there and send a report of all of them to me." Tsunade explained.

Yamato looked confused," But, Tsunade-sans aren't we going there to help trai-" Kakshi quickly through a hand over Yamato's mouth.

I got confused but soon let it go.
"So, when are we leaving?" I wanted to know if I had time to say bye to Hinata before I left.

" Tomorrow. Have everything you need ready by then. Also, Kakashi send me a report once you all get to the Hidden cloud safely." Kakashi nodded his head and then went back to his book.

Maybe I could stop by the Hyuga household after I leave Tsunades office..


Sakura's P.O.V

Naruto's been acting really weird lately.
Whenever he sees Hinata, instead of saying his usual 'Hey Hinata!' He gets all nervous and his face gets flushed.

Then just a couple hours ago I walked past him going into the Hokage's tower looking like he just heard some bad news...

I love Naruto like a brother, so I'm kinda concerned about him. He's always trying to fight and get Sasuke back even when I told him that Sasuke was beginning to be a lost cause he only replied with one if his big smirks and walked away with his hands in his pockets. Sometimes, I think that I'm causing him even more problems then he needs whenever I'm close to getting hurt. He always comes in to save me. If he hadn't done all that, then I would be long gone by now....

Hinata's P.O.V

I woke up to the door bell, so I changed into my long black pants quickly and ran down stairs. I opened the door to a blonde headed boy with cat like whiskers.

"N-Naruto-kun?

"Hey Hinata!" He said with a big smile that I could see through as fake.

" I just wanted to tell you that I'm leaving for that mission tomorrow pretty early and I also wanted to say good bye."

"Oh, well, Bye Naru-" I was going to finish my sentence but then he leaned in and kissed me softly. Then he stood up and smiled a mischievous grin. "Bye Hinata!" And then he ran off as I stood there.. Stunned and red as a tomato.
