Chapter 7: Narutos training pays off!

Naruto P.O.V

I hate this. I hate being on this trip and away from Hinata when I could be helping or comforting her. We just arrived at the Hidden cloud and we're currently walking through a forest while I have to write down every animal I see.

How the hell is this an S-ranked mission?! I'm just playing zoo keeper!

Whatever... Let's just get this over with so we can go home.

"Naruto, you can stop recording animals. We are going to the Rakages building." Yamato broke my train of thought.

"Hm? Why are we going there." I feel like their hiding something from me, but I'm just gonna play dumb.

" It's time we tell you the truth Naruto." Kakashi-Sensei looked at me with his one visible eye.

"Don't we just have to record all the animals we find in the Hidden Cloud and then report it back to the Hokage?" I love playing dumb. I don't know why... But, I just like it!

"No, Naruto. Have you heard of the Rakages brother, Killerbee?" Kakashi turns to face me.

" I mean, I've heard about once or twice.." This time I don't have to play dumb. I seriously don't know who the heck that is.

" Killerbee is the Jinchuikee of the 8 tail. He has learned to control his tailed beast. Lady Tsunade, wanted us to ask him if he would train you, but she didn't want to tell you, fearing you would refuse to come." Kakashi explained everything. Control... The kyubi? Can you do that? That would be... AMAZING! I wouldn't have to worry about hurting the people I care for, like Pervy-Sage, Kakashi, Sakura... Hinata.....

I give Kakashi a determined smile," I'll do it! I'll train so I don't have to hurt anyone anymore." I look down and close my eyes still smiling.

Kakashi rests his hand on my shoulder," Good, then let's get going."

We made it to the Rakages office and stood outside his door, Yamato knocks three times and waits for a strong voice to say 'Enter' to open it.

We all pile inside the room. Kakashi explains to the Rakage why we were here and I decide to zone out. I look outside the window and think about random things like, 'When will we be home?' 'When will I see Hinata again?'

And then I get a depressing thought...

' What if Hinatas gotten lonely and has resorted to THAT again...' I guess my worried look appears on on my face because while Kakashi is still talking, Yamato places a hand on my shoulder and mouthed the words,' Are you alright?' I simply nod and look at Kakashi talking to the Rakage.

" I'm alright with my the idea for my brother to train Naruto, but you must ask him yourself." The Rakage then proceeded to his desk to pick up a scroll and pen and hands it to Kakashi.

" You may use this to contact your village and then attach it to one of our messenger hawks."

"Thank you." Kakashi grabs the scroll and pen, writes a few words and attaches it to one of the messenger hawks that we're sitting on the window sill. The bird takes off and we now to the Rakage before leaving.

" The Rakage gave me Killerbees address, so I'm giving it to you Naruto since you will be the one asking him."

"Um.. Okay"

I managed to find where Killerbee lives while Kakashi and the others find a place to stay. I knock on the door 3 times to be greeted by a man with glasses/ goggle things covering his eyes, a white bandana and one of his village headbands. Wow, he looks a lot like the Rakage...

"Um.. Hi, are you Killerbee-sama?"

"Yes, what do you want?" Well he got to the point quickly.

" I'm Uzumaki Naruto. I'm from the Hidden Leaf and have the Nine-Tails sealed inside of me. I was wondering if you would train me to control it?"

"No." Wait.. What?!

"What..."

After ten minutes of begging he caved.

We've been training for about a mouth now and have gotten pretty close. He said that he will escort us back to the Leaf.

We get on the boat and after about an hour of sailing we are under attack...

Great.... Just what I need right now...

The trespasser turns out to be Kabuto, which doesn't surprise me. But what does surprise me is the way he looks, it looked like he was combined with a snake!! We fought for a while but he managed to get away while taking Yamato with him.

At some point we found land and decided to slit up. I went with Bee and Kakashi went with Guy.

Me and Bee ran to try and help people in battle. While I was gone I completely forgot about the war. Bee was fast so I used my kyubi mode ( which looks like I caught on fire -_-) to keep up with him. Me and Bee were stopped by the Rakage and Lady Tsunade who lectured us about how the war was about us and told us to stay out of it. After some persuading they let us pass and we got back to running until I felt a familiar chakra....

Hinata......

I ran in that direction without hesitation. Bee followed while questioning me on why we changed direction suddenly. I told him that there was a fight in this direction that I NEEDED to help out in.

We finally got to the spot where we saw Hinata, Kiba, Akamaru, and Neji fighting 3 other Ninjas. They were all fighting when one aimed multiple sword at Hinata. She looked unprepared and not expecting them to be thrown. With out hesitation I jumped in front of Hinata and grabbed all the sword with extra hands coming form the kyubi chakra. I threw the swords back at the Ninja and turned to face Hinata who looked like she was lecturing herself on being useless.

"Your not useless your a strong fighter Hinata, and I believe that 100%" Hinata looked up at me surprised.

"N-Naruto?.."
