The day after, Nikki handed in her signed packet to her homeroom teacher. Inside herself, she still felt a bit saddened at what her sisters said to her the day before, but the best way to overcome it was to take this trip.

Once all of the signed packets for the trip were returned to the principal, the head teacher of the trip called down every student who were attending it, along with their partners. There, the woman discussed about the rules, hotel rooms, money, dress codes, and behavior. Some students feel asleep during this process, but were immediately scolded by the lady.

"Now to conclude this so you all can report back to class, we will be leaving at eight o'clock sharp on Monday morning. Make sure you arrive herself around seven-thirty. If not, you will miss the trip and it'll be your loss." the teacher concluded.

All of the students in the room stood up after those final words. They then walked out of the classroom and back to whichever subject they had.

Monday had finally arrived. The whole house woke up early just to say their goodbyes. The majority of the resistants would be in another city, while Ash and Katy would be searching for a new apartment.

Once Nikki, Kyo, Tohru, and Yuki collected their luggage, they all went downstairs, ready to head to school.

"I guess this is goodbye," Shigure said in a saddened yet sarcastic tone. "I'll have to be eating takeout once Katy and Ash leave me too."

"Shigure, you know I'm not gonna miss you," Ash admitted while glaring at the dog.

Shigure chuckled. "True. But to be honest, neither of you are great cooks like my littler Tohru."

"Ash, make sure we find an apartment quickly. This man is being rude and perverted." Katy advised to her flame-headed sister.

"Okay," Ash replied while pulling out her phone.

"Shigure," Yuki interrupted. "you do realize that we'll be gone for a week, not forever, right?"

"In a dogs mind, a week is equivalent to eternity," Shigure mused to himself.

"Hurry up before he guilt trips us," Kyo whispered through his clenched teeth to Yuki. "We're not having Tohru change her mind about leaving the house for a week."

Yuki nodded in return. "Okay, we're off. Shigure, please don't destroy the house."

"Oh, Yuki," Shigure chuckled. "You're the one who would burn it to the ground."

"Okay, bye," Kyo said as he pushed Yuki and Tohru out of the house. Nikki followed behind her three friends as she shut the door behind her.

After the head teacher counted all thirty-two students, everyone boarded the bus. Many students sat with their friends while others goofed off and took the entire seat to themselves. They got scolded for their misbehavior.

Nikki sat on the inside of the seat; next to the window. Kyo sat down beside whilst Yuki and Tohru seated directly behind them. Sooner or later, the bus took off.

"Hey," Kyo said as he turned to Nikki. "are you still upset about what your sisters said to you?"

Nikki kept her eyes glued to the scenery outside. "I guess...,"

"Don't be upset about it," Kyo replied. "I mean, they are a pain in the ass, but does it matter?"

"I didn't even receive an apology," the brunette admitted, her eyes shutting as a sigh escaped her lips.
