A/N hey guys i hoped you liked the last chapter, i left you guys with another cliff hanger. I hope your all not mad with me on that one, i would gone on. I just did not know what to write after. Chapter 5

Red Eyes

Augustine's POV

I gave Emily a sweet smile, she almost returned it until she just suddenly out of no where. Fell, right to the ground. My mind couldn't believe what my eyes where seeing. She was fine a moment, ago. Could she be claustrophobic? That's what i'm guessing. The elevator opened its doors to reveal my office. I picked up Emily, bridal style. ( she would never know right? ) and I gently placed her on my couch i had in there, in case i got tired while working so i could take a quick nap. She looked so beautiful while sleeping. Even tho she still had her sunglasses on. I slowly remove her sunglasses to relveal her black covered eyes. ' she doesn't need makeup to make herself look beautiful' i thought to myself. I placed her sunglasses on my desk and pulled out my computer so i could get a work on my next paper.

Its been about 3 hours since Emily had fallen on me and she was not awake. This couldn't be good. ' Does she ever sleep' i though. I took a sip from my black coffee that one of assistants had made for me. Its barely even warm anymore. i heard a small noise and saw that Emily was up. " Ah Mademoiselle, You're awake! I was started to get worried!" Her eyes grew big, they were still a blazing red. Could it be natural, i have never seen anyone with red eyes like that before. 

Emily's POV

I slowly opened my eyes to see a beautiful offce, with royal blue carpet and Cream colored walls ( A/N i have no idea what color his office is, so this will do! ) I slowly got up, noticing that i was not wearing my sunglasses. ' Shit! ' i mentally told myself. I look around onyl to hear the professor's voice ring through my ears. " Ah Mademoiselle, You're awake! I was started to get worried!" he said looking at my eyes. " how.. how long was i asleep for?" i ask getting up and fixing my belt that was tied around my waist. " Pas trops long, Just 3 hours" 3 hours? damn... well that's what i get for only sleeping like 10 hours a month.... " I'm sorry that i blacked out on you Augustine. Small spaces and I don't end well. " I say giving me a small smile so he could see my teeth. i rubbed my tongue over my teeth only feel a sharp edge to them. I got up and put my sunglasses back on. " Mademoiselle, could ask you something?" ask me something? what would he want to know. " Sure, ask away" i say letting my black locks fall in front my face. " Could i meet your team, so i know what we're working with for these two weeks. " My team? he most likely wants to test them or something.." Mais oui, Yea sure." I smile and i take off my teams pokéballs one by one and show him my partners! " Professor these are my partners in crime, Gerninja, Lucario, Froslass, Roserade, Gradavoir and Chandaleur! And if you were wondering who in my team can Mega Evolve. Its Lucario, Gradavoir and Roserade" i say letting the professor get a good look at my team! 

" Roserade? I never knew this! C'est fantastique!! Emily i must write about this, inform my co-workers. May i see the stone?" He went crazy when i told him that Roserade could mega evolve. Like a kid in a candy store.  " Sure, Roserade. May the professor look at your stone for a moment?" I asked meeting eye to eye with the flower pokémon. " Rose" she replied. She handed me her stone and i handed it to Augustine. " It's called the Roseanite. Please be careful with it. " i say softly placing the stone in the professor's hands. " Merci, Emily this might seem out of the blue, but are your eyes naturally red? i have never seen anyone with eyes come les tiens." My eyes grew, my face in complete shock. I had no idea how to respond to that. Should i tell him my secret, no just that my eyes are naturally this color, but they always weren't. Oh mon tout quoi est-ce que je fait!! " Yea.. there always like this, but they weren't always like this. This is why i always wear my sunglasses. So people don't freak out when they see my eyes. " i said it, but mentally shot my myself for it, now he is gonna be asking a lot of questions.  " Est-ce que je pense demandé pourquoi?" Me and my big mouth. " Its kinda personal," i say bowing my head so he couldn't see my face, just my long black hair. " OH, i'm sorry, i did't know" he says feeling sorry for the question he just asked me. 

He placed his hand on my shoulder. Jumped a bit, this time he didn't move his hand away. What was he up to anyway? I looked up, and Augustine moved his hands towards my sunglasses. He slowly removed them from my face and placed them on the table next to the sofa. " Emily, Tu est très belle. Tu n'as pas besion de tes lunettes." My body froze. He had just called me ' Pretty '. I'm not pretty. Only if he knew. " I'm not Augustine, Thanks for trying to make me feel better" i say picking my pokéballs and returning my team to their homes. I look at Augustine with a smile, and its disappears right after his does. He moves his hand to my neck and moves my hair away. his face freezes. He saw them. I am so dead... " Emily, the marks on your neck, how did they get there." i picked up my bag and ran. I just wanted out of there. I ran as fast i could without looking creepy or somebody noticing. I had left my computer in the professor's office. Shit. Too bad i am NOT going back to get it. I ran across lumiose city with tears in my eyes. He was going to find out after one day! This is why I don't go on vacation. Where is Jefrey when you need him.
