So, him and Kenny? Well, they both are from the same town. Barry did seem to have his arm around Kenny a lot, and he did seem pretty upset when Kenny was leaving.
But what about Kenny? Well, he did not mid when Barry had his arm around him, and he decided to go with Barry instead of Dawn to look for Piplup when it disappeared.
Hmm...
Honestly, I kind of ship it. They would be a cute couple, so yeah.
