bringing a baby on tour wasn't really ideal. the loud noises busy schedules and minimal amounts of room available were all things that made you question the decision to bring your three week old daughter on tour for two months.
when you found out about the tour you and your fiancé immediately pushed the idea aside deciding you'd stay with your parents until he got back. however, the closer the tour got the more calum started to question if you staying because was a good idea.
from the mom Y/B/N was born calums heart was stolen. he was wrapped around her small little sasuage fingers and there was nothing he could do about it. leaving the two of you behind just wasn't something he was ready to bare.
when he sprung the question on you two weeks before the tour you were hesitant at first. after several attempts to say no his puppy dog eyes that melted your heart more times then you'd like to admit, had won you over again.
springing into super dad mode calum went out of his way to make sure everything would be perfect for the two of you while traveling on the road. from buying a crib to fit specifically on the bus, to arranging time on his schedule to spend time with you two, to even paying the other boys to use rehire extra storage to store baby clothes. he had thought of it all in attempts to make his two girls happy.
going into the tour you were still skeptical, but calum reassured you everyday that he'd do anything to protect you both.
This was another quick one because I know daddy!calum isn't everybody's favorite. but there's just something so pure about writing them as mature fathers that makes my heart melt.
