Hello Bunnies,
I just wanted to say that I hope everyone's holidays are going well so far and that I also wanted to update you all on the progress of this story. I plan on finishing it in possibly.... 5-7 more chapters (maybe less) but either way, it's coming to an end and I'm still not sure if there will be any hanky panky. So if you want some hanky panky in here please let me know.
Other than that, please enjoy this small chapter.
Ciao~*

"Jarvis."
The man named Jarvis looked up from the papers he was organizing and over at the prince who sat brooding at his desk. He knew that the young man had been troubled with the thief who was currently down in the cells since he had been receiving nothing but complaints from the guards and endless questions of when the boy would be removed and placed elsewhere. The thief had been shouting empty threats at any of the guards who had gotten too close or refused to answer his questions about the crown prince as well as spout vulgarities whenever he was given the chance. Though, thankfully, he had not lashed out. Yet.
"How long has it been since Norvin was placed in the cells?" Phoenix asked as he continued to try to penetrate the surface of his desk with his burning gaze.
"Nearly a week, my Prince." Jarvis continued to watch the prince as realization set in and the man quickly stood from his seat, grabbing his coat along the way to the door. He did not bother with asking where the Prince was going for he already knew he was going to see the boy and hopefully remove him from the cells.

A growl echoed throughout the cells and was followed up by the sound of something being thrown against the bars.
"Where is your prince?" Norvin demanded furiously a he glared at the three guards who stood outside his cell. The prince had said he would return the next day whenever he had visited him down in this dimly lit place but that had been a week ago and now Norvin was livid. He had heard stories of the rich being liars but he had believed it to be only fairy talk since he had never encountered anyone who didn't have more than maybe a few silver coins on them if they were lucky. He had always believed that the royal families would at least be honest folk but after he had a run in with King Lester's daughters, he had hoped it was just that royal family that was a ban of liars.
"You need to calm down boy." One of the older male guards started to approach the cell, a if he were going to open it but stopped when Norvin quickly grabbed a rock and chucked it at the bars.
"Do not treat me as if I am a child," Norvin said darkly. "Now where is the prince?"
"I am right here."
Phoenix finished descending the stairs and scowled at the young thief who was glaring back at him. Phoenix folded his arms as he dismissed the guards, one of them quickly placing the key in the lock for him before darting out behind the others.
Silence settled between the two as they stared the other down. Phoenix was beyond irritated with the reports and complaints he had received from the guards about the boy's behavior but he also realized that he was partly to blame since he had left him down here for a week.
Sighing, Phoenix unlocked the cell door and pushed it open, making the hinges squeak loudly.
"Come."
"What?" Norvin asked stupidly, his anger faltering as he tried to make sense of the simple request. He was not sure if he meant for him to go to him or if he meant something else since he had kissed him last time they saw each other.
Phoenix rolled his eyes and pointed to the spot next to him. "Come here."
Norvin grudgingly obliged and soon he was following the stupid prince up to his chambers.
