Leather Jacket

Annie's POV

Troy and I broke things off for two reasons, one we were both leaving and two there was Dave, but I didn't tell him about Dave. Troy left that afternoon after I took him to the airport, we were still friends and that would never change but my feelings changed when Dave and I had our little moment in the cupcake shop. Oh yeah, what happened after we fell in flour. Well nothing happened, we just kissed for a while until this mom brought her kids in and saw us in the back. Dave finally got me to go on a date with him at his house actually, we were just gonna watch movies and eat pizza so I dressed casual, my hair in a bun with some yoga pants and a "crazy mofo" T-shirt. Troy left me his car for a while so I could finally drive places, I never drove because I didn't have a licence and I hate the DMV.

I arrived at Dave's house around 3:30 I wasn't supposed to be there until 4 so I did my makeup and sang One Direction songs at the top of my lungs "MIDNIGHT MEMORIES OH OH OH OH OH OH" there was a knock on my window, Dave. I turned off my music and rolled down the window "I've been here this whole time haha"

"Shut up" I didn't wanna open up to him yet because of Troy and because of moving so I just played off how I really felt. Dave's house smelled like pizza and baby powder. "Maria cleaned earlier" it's like he can read my mind, "I got cheese and meatball pizza cause Casey told me it was your favorite" so Casey helped me with him? "By the way Annie, I never slept with her, she came by and told me everything about you"

"You sure?"

"Yeah, I know you like marble cake and you like to drive in the rain and sing One Direction music, you hate wearing makeup because you don't like to take it off, you rather wear jeans and a big T-shirt then a dress, you like meatball pizza with stuffed crust and you hate not getting your homework done"

"I know you didn't sleep with her, she lies about everything"

"She is a good friend"

"I know, so what movies did you get?"

"21 jump street, Now you see me, Despicable me 2"

"Really?"

"We don't have to watch Despicable me if you don't want to"

"No I meant the movies you're in"

"Well I kick ass in Now you see me, I have the leather jacket if you wanna see it?"

"You're kidding"

"No, I'll go get it" every fans dream basically, his jacket. His kick ass murder my vagina jacket. He came back with the most beautiful thing I've seen in my life

"Wanna wear it?"

"This is amazing"

"It's just a jacket haha"

"But it's your jacket" he helped me into it

"It smells like you"

"You can keep it"

"I can't"

"But I'm giving it to you"

"Thank you"

"Hey it's fine Annie"

"So the pizza's gonna get cold"

"I'll get it you put in a movie" he left, the jacket was so warm and smelled like Dave, and it was mine. Maybe I shouldn't be so closed around him, I should open up my heart to him, he told me it cares about me and I feel the same and now that Troy's gone it would be able to work out, even though I'm moving he's making a movie out there so I would see him. He came back with two boxes of pizza. "I have another movie, it's a scary movie?"
