The Teacher Romance

Chapter 1

   It was the last week of summer break and I was for sure going to end with a bang. My friends and I got some fake ID's because we know a guy so why not go to a bar. As we get ready we start to chicken out on the idea of going.
    "Maybe this isn't such a good idea." Hailey said and sat on my bed.
    " I totally agree, it's never going to work." Hannah said and sat beside her.
   "Guys, do you hear yourselfs? We worked so hard just to give up now. We can't, we have to at least try and the worst that could happen is they send us home." I said trying my best to persuade them.
    "What if they call the cops?" Hannah asked.
    " Oh Kenzie when last week and they just sent her home. Good thing we have better ID's than her. Here put this on we have to get going" I handed them
both a dress and we all went in a different room to change.
   "You guys look great." Hailey said we smiled and went out the bedroom door. As soon as we went down the stairs I spotted my mom on the couch. I smiled hoping she wouldn't say anything.
   " Where are you girls going so dressed up?" She asked as I was so close.
   "Um, um, to a party at Hailey's house. It's a fancy party. No big deal." I said hoping she would buy it.
   " Okay you girls have fun. Do you need a ride?" She asked.
    " Oh no Hailey's mom is picking us up." I said and opened the door. My mom shook her head and went back to the tv. As soon as we all stepped out I shut the door and we all quietly celebrated.
   "For real, how are we getting there?" Hailey asked as we started to walk.
    "Oh, we're just going to walk. It's only like a five minute walk." I said and we continued to walk. When we got there it was getting dark so we wanted to get inside asap. We got to the door and handed the man our ID's. He checked each one at a time. Hailey and Hannah got in, then it got to me and I got nervous he took longer to look at mine and he finally opened the door to let me in and handed me my ID.
   " It worked!" I said and we all screeched in excitement.
    " let's party!!" Hannah yelled and we went to the dance floor. While Hannah and Hailey danced I went off to the bathroom to freshen up. Once I got back Hannah and Hailey were gone.
  "They're probably dancing somewhere." I thought to myself. I just sat at the bar waiting for them to notice I'm gone and come looking for me. As I was waiting, the handsomest guy sat right next to me. He put his hand on my thigh. My face went blood red and he looked me right in the eyes.
   " I was looking at you from across the bar and I couldn't help but stare. You're beautiful." He said and I was flattered at the same time as spooked.
   "Oh." That's all I could think to say nothing else came out. We sat there for a good minute in silence.
    "I'm so sorry if I creeped you out. I'm Daniel." He said and put his hand in my face to shake mine.
    "I'm Trinity." I said and shook his hand. "Could you excuse me for one second. Don't move. I'll be right back." I said and went to the bathroom.
