Eg walked away from the door, they couldn't say-- er- write Esper goodbye.
The doctor was searching for them and would harm anyone in their way.
' 'he'll forget about me, probably brush me off as imagination" they thought to them-self, not wanting to feel the guilt of leaving Esper.
With that final thought they spun around to walkout the door, still the house echoed
Tick,tick. Tick,tick. Tick,tick..
....
Esper awoke calmly, but his cool state disappeared once he noticed the silence of the house.
He ran down stairs, barely slipping on his clothes.
"Eg are you down here?!"
Silence.
"Eg..?"
...
...
Silence
"EG!?"
Silence
Eg was gone, no were in sight. There wasn't even a small tick.
Esper waited, 'maybe they're just out by the library again, they liked those books!'
He waited 'must be...a really good book'
And he waited ....
He got up, grabbing his umbrella as he scurried outside to Start his search.
