Volleyball?

Tapping her fingers lightly on the bench, she blinks. Encasing herself in a shell, solitude became her comfort.

Volleyball is well..... The most foreign and most familiar thing she knows, having the same passion for the first sport she played.

Repetitious days of the same routine, it didn't change. Not that she was complaining, she was fine with this.

Boring repetitious days, never ending. Contented with a normal life, she never tried to make it complicated or tiring. Just sitting in class taking notes, finishing projects.

Eating alone at the time of lunch break, not chatting or gossiping with anyone. She just goes at the rooftop eating her lunch silently, plugging in her earphones.

Her raven hair in a hat, not giving a care at the world. Her bland blue eyes half closed, bored yet satisfied. Her face apathetic, waiting for a graduation certificate.

Unfortunately, life has other plans.....

You could say that, after all. Change is the only constant thing in the world, you can't really stop it from happening.

Although you can make it go to its previous state, but it won't really feel like the same before. It may be just a simple act, of an illusion. That deceives quite greatly, fooling all.

People are like water, experiences are like chemicals. The more you experience, the more your water turns into a mixture of knowledge and wisdom.

Although there's side effects, that may change its entire personality.

Its mixture, may be too strong. It has a lot of chemicals that contain bitter chemicals, it'll be hard too guess how much.

Its mixture, may be too sweet. Experiencing too much happiness can blind you, but it won't last forever.

Its mixture may be ordinarily bland, just the right amount of balanced experiences. Typically either getting looked at, or getting tasted.

Particularly the people who enter your life, is the scientists who will mix it and add more unknown substances in your water.

They also taste it, it may be mild, sweet, bitter, poisonous, ordinary. Physical wise or taste wise, people that come into your life may or may not taste it.

But sometimes, it comes out as a bitter, mild, sweet or a ordinary substance. Then it goes at a sudden change of taste, surprisingly at the end.

And of course water that has various changes in taste, it'll change randomly.

Sometimes they just rather have a glimpse and turn their backs on it, abandoning it.
