Unknown City chapter 3

Jessie Pov: The day started pretty ok, Jonathan seemed to be happier than usual, he even made breakfast for me, and this was the brother I remember having has a child. When I was little my world was all about Jonathan, he was my everything, but after I wasn’t sure since he started treating me bad. I went to the window to just take a look of how the weather was today, when I noticed the blond dude that nearly killed that hot red head guy, Lace; I was surprised that I still remembered, I quickly run to the door and tried to unlock it.

Jonathan: where you going Jessie? What’s going on?

For some reason I was so in panic, I couldn’t let him get away, I was breathing hard and sweating, Jonathan was just looking at me in shock, he couldn’t move or say a word, I finally unlock the door, open and I run downstairs as fast as I could, I opened the main door and run towards Lace, his hair was shining with sunlight, as if he was an angel, however he wasn’t paying attention till I called him by his name…

Jessie: Lace…

He stared at me in surprised with his blue eyes which where shining, he was wearing a looked like a black uniform, like a gear for heroes. Even so he had now a smirk on his face as if he wanted me to be there…

Lace: oh little girl, a surprise that I found you with no problems 

Jessie: are you stalking me?

Lace: obvious not, who wants to stalk a girl like you?

Jessie: what you trying to say?

Lace: nothing… by the way there is people that I would love you to meet at the institute, you met some, like Catherine and Andy.

Jessie: why you want me to go 

Lace: because we want to know why you can see us…

Jessie: I don’t think I should go with a stranger…

Lace: I am not a stranger after all you come running for me and you know my name

Jessie: fine where it is?

Lace: New York

Jessie: you are joking right? I don’t have money to fly there!

Lace: we are going through a portal

Jessie: like a magical door??

Lace: that’s what you humans call…

Jessie: you are human yourself!

Lance: but totally different from a normal human…

Jessie: freak

He hold my hand brutally, but then left his hold be gentle, we both looked at each other in surprise, is like we felt sparkles, I felt butterflies going around inside my stomach, then he looked away as if this scene hurt it  him…

Jessie: you don’t have to hold my hand …

Lance: yes I do, or else you might get lost

Jessie: I am not a little girl anymore you know..

Lance: you are to me…

He made a draw of what it seem a door with a white object that looked like a long diamond, the door opened and I could see through the other side view was totally different, there was a lot of cars noise, people talking loud and much more, he hold my hand and we both cross to the other side….

Jonathan Pov:  I watched as Jessie tried to unlock the door to get out, she looked terrified was as if she was going to lose something which she didn’t want to, finally she was able to open and run like she was running for her life, I run to the window to see what made her so desperate. When I looked at her going towards someone I realise what it was, a shadow hunter.  I wondered why and how a shadow hunter was doing in London. I realised something, my sister seem to knew him, I watched as he reached for her hand and they look at each other for a while, anger filled me up, I wanted to kill him! Who said he could touch my sister like that! I wanted to go there, but I couldn’t risk just yet, dad wouldn’t be happy. I kept watching as he opened a portal, which I thought probably for them to go New York but why Jessie had to go! I would found out sooner or later… dam it!
