Chapter 3: Back to Work

Kathryn's POV

"Hun! Get up... Bath's ready"

I woke up an hour earlier than the usual coz i'm now married... I prepared his bath, clothes for work and breakfast...

Grabe totoo pala yung sinasabi nila noh... Everything will change once you're married... Yung wake up time mo, yung daily routines mo, yung priorities mo... Nakakapanibago but i love this changes!

"Hun, get up na... Breakfast is ready"

Ayyy nako po its late tulog pa rin ang asawa ko... Nakapag luto at ligo na ko nasa kama pa din si Dj -____-

"Hun... Gising na" i'm tapping his shoulders para magising "dj........ Uyyy! Wake up! Deej---- ayyyy!" Napasigaw ako when he pulled my arms kaya i landed on his chest -___-

"Dj, we need to go to work!"

"Kath..." Ohhh god that morning voice that makes me weak... "Can we just stay here today...... We need to make babie---- aray!" Babies na naman?! Hinampas ko nga!

"Hoy dj inaraw araw mo na ko hah! Tumayo ka na dyan! We need to work!"

I left him in our room kasi baka kung ano pang mangyari... Hay nako kasi tong asawa ko, parang pressured na din to have a baby... Gusto ko sana mga 1-2 yrs pa from now para maenjoy muna na namin yung kaming 2 lang but if that what he wants, i'll give it to him... Mahirap na, baka mag hanap ng iba pag hindi ko pinag bigyan...

After awhile, we had breakfast na together and fixed ourselves...

"What car are we using?" He asked...

We're now at the garage... Oo nga pala, may asawa na ko at mag kasama kami sa work, so that means...... I have a driver na din hahaha :)))

"Your car na lang babe"

"Okay!" He walked towards my door and opened it for me "get in my queen..."

I smiled and get in the car... Ang sweet naman ng husband/driver ko!

We're both excited to get back to work... I miss the office... I miss my desk... I miss everything!!!!

After a month long vacation, papasok ako aa office na misis na... Wow!

"Good morning mr & mrs padilla!" The guard said

We just smiled as we walk hand in hand...

"Ma'am kath!!!" That's barbie, my secretary! She run and hugged me tight... "Namiss kita ma'am!"

"And i missed you too :) ano? Is my desk filled with papers na?" I asked her

"No naman ma'am... Kayang kaya mo yun!"

"Hun"

"Hmmm?" Medyo nawala sa isip ko na may kaholding hands pala ko

"Pasok ka na... Papasok na din ako sa office ko" we're still at the same office, i'm still the boss at mag kakasama pa din sila nila Sed sa iisang opisina

"Okay"

"Lets have lunch together, okay?"

I smiled at him "of course"

And he gave me a quick kiss "i love you"

"I love you too"

And i went inside my office...

"Ahhhhhh!!! Ma'am!!! Nakakakilig talaga kayo ni sir dj!!!" Barbie screamed

"I know!!! Hahaha! So barbs, what's for today?" I asked

"Hmm no meetings naman po... More on signing of documents lang and........... Here!" And she handed me a brown envelope

"Whats this?"

Oh from New York!

I opened it...

Oh my goodness!

"Barbs, tell everyone to go to the board room... We have a meeting! Its urgent!"

"Yes ma'am!"

Dj's POV

"Pare! Welcome back!!!" Sed

"Namis ka ng desk mo bro!" Khalil

"Back to work ka na!!!" Katsumi

Yeah! Back to wo--

"Sir, please be at the board room daw po for a meeting... Its urgent!" sabi ni barbs pag kapasok nya sa opisina namin

Grabe hindi pa nga ako nakakaupo, meeting agad!

"Ohhh the boss is back!" Sed

"Yeah... She's so back!" Khalil

"Hoy tara na baka magalit si bossing" and we got out of our office and go straight to the board room

Bakit kaya? Ano kaya yun?

"Whats the meeting all about?" Julia

"Oo nga, bigla bigla naman" Sophia

"Sis!" Bianca said when Kath got in to the board room

She sat down beside me "Hun may problema ba?" I asked

And she put an envelope in front of us...

From New York?

We just all stare at her... Nervous...

"Bianca, do the honor to open and read it out loud" kath

"Kath?! Bat ako?!" Bianca

"Go for it!"

Bianca looks at Kath while opening the envelope slowly...

"Aaaaaaahhhhhh!!!" Bianca screamed as she read the letter

"Huy sabi ko read it out loud!"

"Ano ba yan sis?!" Sophia

"Pwedeng mag share" katsumi

"Hun ano ba yun?" I asked

"Biancs, ano ba yan?" Julia grabbed the lette- "aaaaaahhhhhhhh!" And screamed

"I'm going to New York City!!!!!!!!!!!" Bianca

"The Weddings in New York City!!!!!!!!" The girls screamed

Yeah... 2 months before our wedding, The Weddings was featured in New York Times and everyone is so impressed on the events and the story of our business kaya they asked us kung pwede i-franchise ang The Weddings sa New York... Of course everyone said yes pero hindi pumayag si Kathryn na hindi isa sa kanilang apat ang mag mamanage ng branch nito sa America... And we voted kung sinong pupunta sa America, and since Bianca's family is in the US napagkasunduan ng lahat na sya na ang papuntahin sa New York...

"Awww sis, i'm gonna miss you!" Sophia

"Oo nga Biancs, wala ng maingay na suplada dito" sed

"Uy mag padala ka ng package every month hah!" Katsumi

"Nako biancs... Baka ma-meet mo na dun ang prince charming mo" i said

"Pwede! So i can have doll babies! Hahaha " bianca

"Uy sis hanapan mo din ako!" Julia

"Ohh bianca, pwede mag boyfriend pero wag papabayaan ang trabaho hah..." Kath

Bianca smiled "oo naman"

"i trust you biancs! I know you can make it!" Kath

"Ehh kelan flight mo?" Khalil

"Next month pa" bianca

"Wait sis, we need to hire a new one hindi natin kayang 3 na lang to" julia

"Yup! You know Miles diba? My cousin from Australia... She's coming back home so naisip ko sya na lang since kasundo naman natin sya, no complications" kath

"Pwede!" I agreed

"This will be the start of our great success!" Kath

Then that's the end of the meeting... Our 1st step of expansion... I'm so proud of my wife, she's very dedicated to her job... I'm so blessed to have her!
