The Kiss And The Confess

Maeve was trotting down to Potions class, Lily following behind her. Lily occasionally said something, but Maeve was too deep in thought to hear. Maeve was thinking of Remus again when she saw Sirius Black and James Potter bullying Severus Snape. Maeve snarled lightly to herself. That was the last straw for Maeve, especially since Snape was Lily and Maeve's friend and Maeve cared for him. Maeve darted forward and slapped Sirius in the face. "Don't you dare hurt him" She shouted. Lily was watching from afar, in amazement. Maeve pushed James to ground and went to comfort Severus, leaving Sirius holding the red mark on his face and James a heap on the floor.

Lily's POV
Maeve trotted along in front of me on her way to Potions class and I followed her because I didn't know where I was going. I tried to say things to her once in a while, but Maeve seemed too deep in thought to hear me. But all of a sudden, she stopped in her tracks and darted forward. I quickly realized that Sirius Black and James Potter were beating up Severus Snape. "Severus" I quietly whimpered. I was terrified of James, so I didn't go anywhere near the situation until Maeve shoved James on the ground. I ran to her and helped her comfort Severus.

Maeve's POV
I trotted down to to Potions class, Lily following me because she didn't know where she was going. We kept walking, and I thought and thought. I was thinking about Remus again when I spotted Sirius Black and James Potter beating up Severus Snape. Anger rushed through my body and I darted forward, very doglike and slapped Sirius's face with so much force that he stumbled backwards. James was about to stomp on Severus and I ran towards him and pushed him to the ground. Boy, I wanted to kill the two of them. Lily then came forward to help me comfort Severus.

***time skip to lunch***
At lunch Maeve sat down, still feeling very angry and hateful towards James and Sirius. Peter was usually quiet and Remus was just too kind hearted to beat up another boy with his own problems. I sat and ate my food pretending to listen to what Severus was saying to her. (Thanking her 7 hundred million times). Maeve finished eating and Severus said again " Thank you so so sooo much for helping me, I really appreciate it, I can't thank you enou-" "Ill pay you ten Galleons to shut your damn mouth and go sit at your own table." A curly black haired boy shouted at Severus. Severus winced and scurried back to the Slytherin table, just sit alone and be sad. "Sirius!" Maeve screamed. Sirius pressed his finger to her lips lightly. "I was helping you get rid of him" Sirius said lightly. Lily looked over, she had currently been helping out a 2nd year boy.

Sirius's POV
I watched Maeve the whole time, when she first arrived, when she sat down with Lily, when Snivvelus kept talking to her and thanking her. Maeve looked very tired. I didn't really care, though. It was annoying me. I walked up behind Maeve and said to Severus, "I'll pay you ten Galleons to shut your damn mouth and go sit at your own table." I saw him wince as I spoke and as he retreated back to the filthy Slytherin table. "Sirius!" Maeve yelled. Damn that's really hot when she screams my name. I thought. Wait what, snap out of it, she's Maeve Entemina! I pressed my finger to her lips lightly as a sign if shushing her. Her lips feel so nice underneath my fingers. "I was helping you get rid of him." I said kindly. Lily looked at me sadly and I smirked. I saw James smirk and Peter watch in amazement. But then I saw a stray tear run down Remus's face. He's faking. I thought and I pressed my lips against Maeve Entemina's lips.

Remus's POV
I trued so hard not to cry as Sirius bullied Maeve. He looked at me smirked. Then he kissed her right on the lips. Fuck this guy. I thought. "No, Sirius, I'm really in love with her." I cried out and by then the whole school was watching. Everyone knew now...
