"Spence!" JJ cried as soon as the man left. She tore at her shirt, ripping off a piece of fabric. She tightly wrapped the fabric around Reid's hand, and applied pressure. "Thank you." he whispered, smiling a little bit to try and get her to calm down. It only made things worse. Her face was soaked in tears and her hands now covered in blood from his cuts. He took his clean hand and ran his fingers through her tangled hair. "Spence, I'm, I'm so sorry. God, I'm so stupid, I should've known what he meant. I would've volunteered." He pulled her closer to his chest and kissed her head. "Stop that Jaydge. It's fine. It's not that bad." he whispered. "Not that bad?" she yelled backing away from his chest. "Not that bad? Damnit we're in a cabin and don't know where the hell we are, and according to this jackass one of us will be dead by the time we get out of here! If we even get out of here. Those other couples clearly didn't. Look, I know you just want to see me happy and calm, and, I just, I just can't be calm. Not here. Not when you're like this." She began crying again, this time quieter yet with more tears. Reid but his lip and nodded his head. "Sorry," he said softly, wiping her tears. She looked up to see his pale face and testy eyes. She held his face and kissed him. "No Spence, I'm, I'm sorry. I love you. I don't know what got in to me. But, how are we gonna get out of this." Reid shrugged and then shook his head. "I want to tell you we can use the profile, or that the team will save the day, but I can't." he said softly. She nodded and sat next to him on the floor. "So, we do what?" she asked. "We wait. We wait for him to be his most vulnerable. We wait for him to leave the door unlocked. We wait for a clue to where we are, and what he wants. And in the mean time, we play his game." he responded.
