I stood there facing pryce father , the boss man
"Look I understand how you f-"
He put his hands up in defense as he spoke softly to me, while I angrily yelled at him for being so inconsiderate
"YOU DONT UNDERSTAND SHIT BUT MONEY! FIRST YOU FUCKIN STEAL US THE-"
"Woah woah KID I didn't steal anyone, I bought you all in order to profit off of you. Don't speak on what you don't know."
He sipped some water out his glass
I angrily snatched the glass out his hands and smashed it on the ground
"DONT SPEAK ABOUT WHAT I DONT KNOW? SHOULDNT YOU BE SAYING TAHT TO YOURSELF. YOU INCONSIDERATE ASS B-"
"ENOUGH! SECURITY!"
"Woah dad woah." Pryce stopped security from grabbing me
"You must really be piping her down son because she out of fuckin control. Gonna come in my office and yell at me." He turned towards me, "little girl I control everything in your life from now on...if you ever...EVER...disrespect me your gonna regret it...do you understand?"

I looked at him then back at his father
"Oh really? Ok fuck you. Both of y'all"
Pryce slightly grabbed my arm before I walked out but I snatched away.
"DONT TOUCH ME!"
I kicked open the wooden office door on my way out
I swear they on some bs...just watch.
Lani POV
I ran. To the front desk of the hospital speaking fast but fluent
"Hi I'm lani Daniels here fro jayvon Daniels ."
A doctors appeared at my side. I told Joseph to stay in the waiting room as I rushed to the back with the doctor
"Is he ok? What happened? How long is he gonna have to stay ?"
I bum rushed the doctor with millions of questions Because that's all that ran through me...questions.
"Please calm down mrs Daniels your husband is gonna be fine I promise. He just need to x rays Stiches and probably some over night stays. "
I started to worry harder as we approached his room door
Once I entered the room I SEEN
Jay laying on the bed with bruises
And bandages
I rushed to his side "aww jay baby what did you do?" He laid still in a sleeping state
"Mrs.Davis HE is in a temporary comma. What ever he got into earlier caused him to fall and hit his head as if right now the doctors are doing everything they can. He might suffer from amnesia, severe memory loss and/or he might have to re learn some things such as walking talkin
Or simple things like hand eye coordination."
I placed my hands on my eyes forcing the tears back
"Visiting hours end in 15 minutes. Take some time I'll leAve you now."
She rubbed my shoulder before turning to leave.
