I looked at my reflection. My eyes were dark, hair light. I felt like this suit drowned me in black. Which made my eyes look demonic. I'm not sure if I like them to look so... scary. I'm sure I like being scary, Murderous. I'm not sure I want to risk it all for Melanie. I'm in a very strange place in life, I love Melanie and I'm still ready to risk it all for her. I love her. But I doubt my love will get her out of jail and I'm not sure it'll get me out either.

Today was Christina's funeral. Without a doubt I knew it wasn't suicide but murder. But as I expected, Melanie out smarted everyone, even the police. Some how it was made onto the local news, where she was found dead and had the police pronounce it a suicide. I'm grateful Mel didn't get caught, I always am. But One day, she will get caught if she doesn't stop.

After the funeral, I'm going to start researching psychology. I'm going to train myself, then fix her. I don't want to destroy her spark that makes Melanie, Melanie. I want to get her to a point where she can be sane and not need the adrenaline that comes with stabbing a living thing. I want to get her to the point where she stop's doing this, hurting people. I don't blame her though, She's had a rough life. That's why the others and I have secretly been planning to leave the city, go start a new life together. Luckily, this will be easy considering four out of six of us are rich beyond belief and can help with jobs that we can do online with little to no effort that pay well. If the job's don't work, our friends will be more than happy to pay until we can.

I snapped out of my thoughts at the sound of a door closing behind me. I turned on my heel quickly to face them.

"What ya thinking bout?" Melanie said hugging her small arms around me.

"Nothing, lets go, everyone's probably waiting." I said holding her hand as we walked out of the hotel room Melanie was staying at, she decided she wanted to stay with me, so I was going to move her out the next day.

I walked out to the car with Melanie hand-in-hand. For once it was only me and her driving there since The people who don't have cars decided to leave early and walk.

"I'll drive." She said excitedly. I kissed her cheek gently then handed her the keys.

I got into the passenger seat, as Melanie began to drive and focused on the road, I couldn't help but stare at her. She's perfect. But She definitely isn't innocent that's for sure, despite her looks.

I was snapped out of my trance again by the sound of Melanie laughing lightly. She looked at me quickly before turning back towards the road.

"What's funny?" I asked turning to the road, secretly hoping I wasn't talking my mind aloud.

"Nothing." She waved off.

"Come on Mel, talk to me."

"Your just cute when you stare." she chuckled.

"Since when do I stare." I said, I'm pretty sure this was the first time I've stared at melanie before.

"uh, when I first wake up you stare at me, when I go to bed, when I'm brushing my teeth, when I'm tracing out your tattoo's." she laughed as she pulled into a parking spot.

"I stand corrected." I stated as I jumped out of the car.

We walked hand in hand around the building where the funeral was going to take place and met up with the others under a wooden roof with several chairs for us to hang out under. I sat down only for Melanie to immediately sit back down on my lap and peck my cheek lovingly. As the strange conversations began, I couldn't help but feel uncomfortable. Not because of Melanie or anything, I just had the feeling of being watched. As time went on, I began to get more and more paranoid.
