Audition

I wake up feeling like dirt. Someone has just moved in next door I wonder who it is. There are moving trucks in front of the house. I quickly took a shower and dressed decently I grabbed a bag as well and plopped my dance stuff in there cause I'm going to dance class after this. I put some light makeup on. My outfit is light washed high waisted shorts with a grey crop top and black and white nikes along with a black and white adidas backpack. 'Knock knock' "come in" I said loud enough for the person at my door to hear. "Hey honey do you mind giving these cookies to the new next door neighbours please and ask them if they need any help" she said " sure i was getting ready to go now, I'm going to go to dance after this by the way" I said.

I walked down stairs and grabbed my penny board and skated to the neighbours house and knocked on the door. No one was opening the door. I was slowly growing impatient and just as I was about to leave when someone tapped me on the shoulder. It was a young lady with brown hair, hazel eyes, she is pretty tall as well and she has a really nice sense of style. "Hello, I'm sorry for the wait my son might not have heard the door, come, come in" she greets "oh thank you, here are some cookies that my mum baked for you, would you like me to help you with anything" I asked politely. She was about to start when she got interrupted by a boy I'm guessing that is her son since he has very similar features as her. Damn he is really hot. Wait what am I talking about I like myles, but he did kiss shantelle, sooooo I guess it wouldn't hurt to like someone. He probably doesn't like my anyway.

He is wearing a muscle tee that hugs his body and it shows how defined his muscles are. He is more built than myles. His jaw is sharper than a knife oh my god it makes him look so hot. His eye lashes are so long and when he smiled at his mum his dimples were so deep. I was interrupted by him snapping his fingers in my face I leant in and whispered into my ear "take a picture it lasts longer" he says, I stand there stunned finally I can force something out of my mouth but it comes out as "psssssshh gjdis jerk" he laughs, ughhh his laugh is so cute too" I was joking,Caleb Shunts" "i was not staring"I defended myself " yeah yeah believe what you want". Gosh this guy is a jerk " briar nolet, well do you need any help" I asked "what could a girl help me with hmmmmm nothing" he smiles "k cya" I said grabbing my penny board and closing the door behind me. I see Mrs Shunts and I say goodbye to her. It took me 10 minutes to get to dance to audition for the show luckily I still have 20 minutes to spare. I walk in and stretch with my friends Jessy and Jordan(giselle). I was stretching my legs and fell over when I saw Caleb walk into the studio. He sees me and smirks.

"Hey Briar" he smiles "do I know you" I act "uh yeah we just met like 15 minutes ago" he says "no I'm sure I don't know you" I smirk "IM YOUR NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOUR" he shouts knowing he is embarrassing me "ok ok gosh keep it down" I giggle. Wait did I just giggle I never giggle no one makes me giggle oh no I feel like everything is going to go down hill from here.

Kate walks in and she introduces herself we all introduce ourselves and I got put into group b to do the dance off. I can't wait, I have practicing my butt off for this audition until I got into the accident. But hopefully I can still dance, Kate gives us the music and we go off to rehearse for and hour and come back. I run into studio b only to find Caleb...again. Why does he show up everywhere I go "hey cupcake" he says, did he just call me cupcake that's so cute without think I said "hey Caleb" I say "I-I mean don't ever call me that again". I walk over to the other side of the room and turn on the music.

I listen to it once and then it replays so hat I can dance to it. I really feel the song though my body. I haven't felt like this in ages. I makeup a routine that is actually really good (search up brair nolet dangerous solo) I practice and practice until something caught my attention. Caleb was staring at me I smirked and said loudly "take a picture it lasts longer" he quickly looked away and started dancing he is really really good wow he can do 35 pirouettes consecutively. He is good I can only do 29.

I checked the time and it's time to go. Caleb hasn't realised its time yet so I say "Loser it's time" "I'm coming loser" he said. Did he just call me a loser, I am not a loser, nor is he but I called him a loser, oh well truce. We walked together in complete silence to studio a. Most people are there, the audition starts and I see he competition, it's really tough. Caleb sees that I'm tense and he whispers in my ear "don't worry you'll do great" I smile at him. Then I hear my name getting called out. Ok ok I can do this. The music starts and I'm on fire everyone is cheering for me. I take a quick glance at Caleb and seems impressed, good. Everyone has their turn and Kate hands us acting scripts, we had to act on the spot. I did my part and I feel like I did really well. I can't do anything about it now it's all in Kate's hand now.
