It all started on a Wednesday, the day i moved to my new school. I got out of my moms car and swung my backpack onto my shoulders. "Bye sweetie, make friends!" My mom said. "You're funny mom." I smiled and closed the door.
I made my way to my first class, Art. My teacher assigned everyone in class to use our imagination and draw something that reminds us of our past. I started to draw a beach with a sunset. It made me think of my bestfriend. She killed herself a few months ago, but she was obsessed with the beaches and the sunsets.
"Are you new here?" A boy pulled up a chair next to me and asked. I looked up and saw a boy with dirty blonde curly hair. He looked at me and a big smile appeared on his face. "Yeah, I am. I'm Carson Anderson." I smiled back at him. He giggled, "I'm Ashton Irwin, nice to meet you Carson." He started to draw on his paper. I got to admit, he was quite a charm. AND he's so adorable.
We sat together and talked about our past until the class ended. I looked at the paper with my schedule on it. "You have Math next." Ashton said pointing to my next class. "Where's that?" I asked. "I'll show you, my class is right across from yours."
We made our way to the main building and on our way there we caught up with one of Ashton's friends that is in my next class. "This is Luke, Luke that's Carson. I think you guys would get along quite well." I looked at the tall blonde blue-eyed boy and smiled at him. He smiled back and I got a few butterflies in my stomach.
Ashton walked me and Luke to class and we said our goodbyes. "So this class is pretty easy, but if you need any help just ask me." He winked. I grinned and nodded. Luke had an unoccupied desk right next to him so I decided to sit there. After a few minuets the teacher has assigned everyone in the class to partner up and do partner work. Me and Luke quickly picked each other. Some girls gave me a dirty look when I partnered with Luke. "Do they like you?" I asked pointing to the girls at the front of the class. Luke looked at me, "Yeah. They're not my type." I smiled and nodded. Me and Luke didn't really do work, we just sat there and talked.
After a few classes passed Luke met me by my classroom. "Finally he let you guys out." Luke chuckled. I smiled, "Yeah, Mr. Tritick is quite strange."
Me and Luke walked to the cafeteria to grab some snacks at the snack bar. We met up with Ashton and two more guys. Me and Luke were carrying loads of chips and drinks. "All that for me? You guys are the best!" A boy with red hair joked. "Not today, Michael." Luke chuckled. So I guess his name was Michael, but his hair gave me life, it looked so magical. Me and Luke sat down next to them and put down all of the junk food. "Oh yeah! Guys this is Carson, she's a newbie here." Ashton said with a big grin.
"Hi i'm Michael, this is Calum." The red head said pointing next to the boy with dark brown hair. He had a few streaks of blonde which looked so good on him. Calum smiled at me and handed me a bag of chips. "Thanks." A small smile appeared on my face. I'm killing myself. These boys are legit hot.
We sat there talking about random things, like how Calum and Ashton have girlfriends and how Michael is seeing someone and how apparently Luke is single, which surprised me. "Oh yeah! Carson, do you want to hang out after school? We're going to the fair." I was pretty shocked. People usually don't hang out with me. I stuttered, "Y-Yeah! That sounds like fun." I laughed. Luke looked at me and smiled. "Coolness!" Ashton said excitedly.
After school Luke decided to give me a ride to my house to pick up a few things. "We'll meet you guys there, Luke be on time this time." The boys said. I laughed and Luke nodded. "Yes sir." He said starting the car. Pretty weird that i'm in Luke's car and i barely met him today, but i couldn't pass out on friends.
"So it's this one?" Luke questioned. I nodded, "Yep, Wanna come in?" I asked. He turned off the car, "Yeah, would your parents mind?" We stepped out of the car and made our way to the door. "Nope, not at all."
We entered my house and my mom was in the kitchen. "I'm home." I shouted so my mom would hear me. "Hellooo!" My mom said walking into the living room. "Who's this?" She questioned with a smile. "This is my friend Luke." Luke smiled and waved, "Hello Mrs. Anderson." My mom gasped, "You have an accent!" She said with a big grin. He chuckled and nodded, "Yep." My mom smiled, "Sorry! I forgot we're in Australia." I laughed.
Me and Luke finally made it up to my room, "I live a block away." Luke said while admiring my room. "Really? I have a feeling that we're going to be great friends." I giggled. Luke agreed. I exchanged my backpack for a smaller one, which is unnecessary but I don't really want to be carrying anything when we're there.
"Your room is so cool," Luke blurted out. I laughed, "Thanks."
"I love you." Luke said. My stomach dropped. I turned around and saw Luke holding my CD's that are signed by every band. "You even have Blink!" He said excitedly. I laughed, "Heck yeah, they're great."We left my house after my mom agreed to letting me leave. "Your mom is pretty cool. Do you have other family members?" Luke asked while stopping at a red light. I nodded, "I have a little brother named Jay, but he was at day care, and my dad is in California."
"California.. That's like across the world." Luke said. I shrugged, "Yeah, but we're going to visit him during the summer." Luke smiled, "That's good. You're coming back right?" I smiled and nodded, "Of course."A/N:
