Or is it the way I look at you when I see nothing but plain white lines?
Is it really the absence of light?
The absence of light to remind me that no one's home anymore?
The absence of light to remind me that everything has settled down without me?
The absence of light to remind me of how I can't seem to find my way out?
What is dark really?
Dark is my heart.
Dark is my breath.
Dark is my pain.
Dark is the corners I hide in.
Dark is the depths of where the monsters come out to play.
Dark is my love.
Dark can only be described as:
Me.
