Chapter 29: Wedding

TORI'S POV

I chewed on my lip as my dad walked up to me.

"Ready to go?" I nodded, standing up. I was in my wedding dress, under a tent. He grabbed my hand and we walked out,across the sand and approaching everyone else. I saw the bridesmaids lined up to go in, Ariel last in line.

"I-I'm nervous." I confessed to my dad as we stood there.

"It's okay baby, so am I." He smiled, kissing my temple. "It's normal to be nervous. But, Austin loves you and you love Austin. You have two beautiful children together, you guys are going to make it." He smiled at me. I heard the music change and took a deep breath as we got positioned at the beginning of the aisle. We took slow steps, my eyes locked on Austin. He looked perfect in a tuxedo.

We reached the end aisle and my dad kissed my cheek before taking his seat. I stood in front of Austin and smiled, looking into each other's eyes as the preacher began speaking. It felt like five minutes before it was time to do vows.

"Boy, am I glad I went on that tour. I don't regret it one single day. I was able to meet the father of my daughter and the love of my life. I just really wished I had stayed instead of running, it would've made things so much easier, but it all worked out in the end. You've been there for me in the worst of times and the best of my times, I couldn't think of anyone better to spend the rest of my life with. We have two beautiful children who you are the amazing father to. I love you so much Austin Robert Carlile."

"Victoria, you are the most beautiful thing I have seen in my life. I can't believe I'm actually standing here, getting married to you. We've had our ups, and our downs, but we made it through, together. I know that no matter life throws at us, we will make it through, together. You gave me a beautiful daughter and a beautiful son. I can't wait to complete our family. I'm excited for what the future brings for us, I love you so much Victoria Hope Sullivan." The preacher continued until it was time for the I do's.

"Austin, do you take Victoria to be your lawfully wedded wife?"

"I do."

"Victoria, do you take Austin to be your lawfully wedding husband?"

"I do."

"I now pronounce you husband and wife, you may kiss the bride." Austin placed his hand on the back of my head and kissed my lips, a soft breeze blowing past us. We pulled away with smiles on our face. "Please welcome Mr and Mrs Austin Carlile." We locked arms and began to walk up the aisle, everyone cheering. Austin and I walked off and did a lap around the beach before coming to our reception tent.

"Make room on the dance floor for the bride and grooms first dance." The DJ announced. We walked out onto the dance floor and began to sway as When You Can't Sleep At Night came on. I rested my head on Austin's shoulder and listen to him softly sing the words.
