"No," I say.
"No?" Oscar asks me.
"I can't do it," I say. I put my father down and the knife drops to the ground. Everyone stays silent and watches me.
"Oh, Lizzie."
"I know you're the real Satan. You don't have to fool me."
"I'm not fooling you."
I sigh and storm off. As soon as I'm out of the house I run away, as far as possible. I couldn't handle it.
I run into the woods and trip over a stone. I fall to the ground and burst out crying. I watch the tears as they roll down my cheek and land on the ground.
Oscar appears out of nowhere. I turn my head. "Go away. I don't need you here. You have caused me pain ever since I met you. And I have ruined your life completely."
"Lizzie, listen."
I look up at the ghost. I didn't know wether it was Satan or Oscar, but they were definitely Oscar on the outside.
"When it turns midnight, you will stay a crazy monster forever," he says. "But if you kiss me before midnight, I can change you back to your normal self again."
"I don't trust you."
"Lizzie, please. If you don't do it now, you'll regret it for the rest of your life," Oscar tells me.
All of a sudden another Oscar comes which is definitely Satan but disguised as Oscar.
All the ghosts are confusing me so I look at the ground hopelessly.
"No, look at me. Look right at me," Oscar says. I look up at him with tears in my eyes. "Kiss me."
I ignore him and look down at the ground. He closes his eyes and sighs. I kiss him straight on the lips. He kisses me back and there's a loud bell noise. Satan in the background starts laughing evilly.
