Chapter 2

Mitch's POV

I slammed the door to the apartment that me, Ty, and Seto shared. I stormed to the kitchen and punched the button to the fridge to get the dropper to give me an apple. I grabbed my snack and smacked my hand on the iron counter.

"Damn that little fucker!" I yelled angrily.

Ty rushed out into the hallway and winced when he saw the sight of me.

I sighed. I was injured and tired, of course I wouldn't look the greatest.

My t-shirt was dirty and smudged with dirt and blood. My red plaid overshirt was ripped and torn and my jeans were nearly black from dirt. My arms and legs were sore and my head was covered in bruises. I had a splitting headache and just wanted to sleep.

"What happened?" Ty asked in his usual soft voice.

I shook my head and stormed into the living room. I collapsed on the couch and let out a long groan of frustration.

"I'll tell you what happened. The little fluffy baby got us kicked out of the newest Hunger Games map!!" I said.

Ty looked at me. "How do you guys manage to do that?"

"Do what?"

"You two idiots manage to get yourselves kicked out of every single Hunger Games map you play together."

"Shut up. He's the idiot. Not me."

"What even happened? The newest map is supposed to handle people like you and Jerome."

I sighed as I thought back to an hour ago.

*Flashback*

The countdown on the sky was almost over and I was ready. I had decked myself in acceptable armor and had a diamond sword ready in my hand. I glanced to the rankings and saw that fluffy had the same amount of kills as me.

I grinned. Woop! I get to kick his fluffy ass again!!

Suddenly the countdown was at zero and i spawned in the familiar death match arena.

I saw Jerome immediately throw his axe into one of the players heads and pulled his axe back out. I scanned the arena and saw a girl running towards me with a stone sword. I easily deflected her strike and pushed her back, and stabbed my sword into her. She pixelated out and it was just me and Jerome left.

We slowly walked up to each other and started to circle each other slowly.

"Aww, is da lwittle baby bacca afraid to make the first move? Ha, I knew you were never a real hero inside." I laughed darkly.

"At least I'm not a stupid human who falls for everything that gets thrown at them! Why do you think it's only me and you left in the game? I'm the only strong one here. The only reason why you're here is pure luck." Jerome scowled.

I held out my diamond sword in front of me and constantly mocked the bacca with gestures that weren't considered ok with Hunger Games regulations.

Jerome smirked as he swung his axe back and forth, crouching down as if he was about to pounce.

"We're at war in 3..." Jerome sneered.

"2..." I growled.

"1!" We both yelled at the same time and charged.

His axe was raised and swung down when I deflected it with my sword. I swung my sword and he blocked it each time.

Grunts left our mouths as we fought. I stabbed and tried to hit him but the most damage I could was give him bruises and cuts.

He sliced my cheek and I cried in agony and kicked him in the shin.

He screamed and held his axe in the air and brought it down but I threw my sword at him and both of our weapons collided and skidded over to the edge and landed in the lava moat below.

"DAMMIT!" We both yelled at the same time and glared at each other.

I made the first move and jumped onto his back, pinning him down to the ground and punching his face.

We kept fighting with our hands and legs for a while, I lost track of how long.

But finally, he punched me in the stomach and I rolled over, hunched up and started to cough.

He rushed over to me and kneeled, like he was going to see if I was ok but I glanced at him and swung my leg and tripped him, making him fall.

I didn't have any energy left, so I collapsed and it seemed like he didn't have any left either so we just laid there, on the ground, dirty, bruised and beaten.

I don't know how long we laid there but pretty soon we were spawned outside the arena and some people pushed past us and looked at us from afar.

"Look! It's BajanCandian and AsfJerome!"

"I heard they fought each other so hard that the game broke!"

"They broke the map!"

"How?"

"They were in there so long and didn't do anything, so the creators spawned them out."

"They look like they just came from a fight."

"They look like they just had really wild rough sex."

I blushed at the last comment and chose to ignore it. I looked around to see a fluffy glaring at me before stomping off.

*flashback ends*

Ty looked at me with a small smile. "I've noticed you and Jerome always manage to do crazy things when you two are together."

I shook my head and stood up from the couch. "I'm going to clean myself up. Then we can go out to eat later with Seto and Ian."

Ty nodded and went back to his room, quickly shutting the door so I couldn't see anything inside.

I raised an eyebrow. Ty's not hiding anything is he?

Nah, Ty would never do that...

~QUICK CHANGE OF POV~

I quickly shut the door behind me, and let out a breath of air.

"Sorry." I mumbled.

"It's ok." He said. I smiled a little and jumped onto the bed and cuddled up closer to him.

"So it really was Mitch?"

"Yeah. Apparently, he and Jerome broke another Hunger Games map."

"Ugh, great that means I have to deal with Jerome when I get home."

I laughed a little. "Yeah, it's a long complicated story too, so you should have plenty of fun."

He chuckled and wrapped an arm around me. It was quiet for a minute, before he said something so quiet I couldn't catch it.

"What was that Adam?"

"I said, how much longer are we going to be able to keep this up?"

I shrugged and closed my eyes. "I don't know." I finally said. "But I do know that Jerome and Mitch are going to have a serious fit when they figure out that SkyDoesMinecraft and Deadlox are together."
