I stood in shock. My family stood right there in the entry way. My real, blood related family. A woman with my dark, wavy hair, holding onto a man with my hazel eyes that were trying to hide tears in front of his pack; and a teenage boy with the man's black locks and the woman's blue eyes. Tears start filling my eyes and I feel myself shaking.
"Mom?" I ask the woman. My mom shakily shakes her head.
"Dad?" I ask the man holding my mom. He nods and grips my mother closer to him, comfortingly. I look at the boy.
"I don't know your name, but I'm willing to bet on the moon that you're my brother." I say with a shaky laugh. He nods and runs up to me, giving me a hug. His arms wrap around me and holds onto me like he's scared to let me go.
"I am so, so sorry, sis. I shouldn't have let you out of my sight. I'm so sorry..." He whispers to me. You can hear the pain and sincerity in his voice.
"It's okay, BB." I say, then gasp. BB...I've said that before. He gasped too and stepped back, still holding my arms.
"You remember?" He asks me. I nod, because I do. I remember giggling while running out in the woods. I remember saying 'You can't get me BB!' I remember a male boy laughing. Then him yelling 'RUN LETTIE! RUN!' Then someone grabbing me and then everything went black.
"You told me to run...you yelled 'RUN LETTIE! RUN!" I said. Tears were streaming down my cheek. He hugged me tightly and I could feel mom and dad wrapping their arms around us. My family is complete. I can't believe it. My real family is here with me again. I guess I said that out loud, because my dad chuckled.
"It's real sweetheart, it's real." He said warmly. We all step back and I wipe my face. I see Cameron's family smiling at me and I blush.
"Well, that was embarrassing. Me crying in front of all you guys..." I say embarrassed.
"Yeah, yeah. Let it all out Scar...it's good for your health." I hear Cameron say jokingly through the speaker of my phone. I roll my eyes.
"Shut your snout, Cam. You know being snarky is bad for your health." I say jokingly back. I can practically hear him rolling his eyes.
"And don't roll your eyes at me!" I add. He chuckles.
"Yes ma'am!" I roll my eyes again, knowing he just did a mock salute.
"So..." I turn to Miss Ami, "will we get to see him tomorrow morning?" I ask, smirking.
"If he can get packed by tonight and catch a flight by himself, after I get the okay from my boss. But he will be on a plane all night." She says with a twinkle in here eyes.
"All night, huh. I'm sure Cam will be delighted to be on a plane all night! He wouldn't mind at all, will you Cam?" I say, understanding why she said that. His family and mine are looking at me and Miss Ami, confused. Cameron growls at me.
"SCAR! You know I hate riding on planes at night! I can't sleep! You of all people understand that!" He groans at me. I snicker.
"Yeah, yeah. Let it all out Cam...it's good for your health." I say, throwing his words back at him. He growls louder.
"Scar..." He growled warningly.
"Come on, it's not going to harm your little wolfy, is it?" I ask, smirking. He growls again. I can tell his wolf is getting upset, but it's not because of me. His family is giving me warning looks, and so is mine.
"Cameron. Get your stuff and run to the airport. Now!" I command. Everyone gasps at my alpha voice. I already knew that he packed his stuff.
"Understood." Was his reply before hanging up. His family looked worried.
"What is going on?" My dad asks. I looked at him straight in the eye.
"Rogues." Was my only reply and everyone gasped.
