The breathe brushes my lips leaving them dry
The air pierced my lungs as I started to cry
The tears fell from my eyes as input my head down
My cheeks felt relaxed as my smile turned to a frown
My heart started to race
My arms came up to cover my face
I hid it so well so nobody would know
I tried my best not to let it show
My stomachs turned as I began to shiver
Tears wet my lips as they suddenly quiver
This is what happens, you feel so alone
Crying turns into a new place to call your own
And the smile you wear is partly a lie
Nobody truly know what you feel inside
But then there's always one person who does
The one who sees through the tears and the lies
The person who tells you that they know your sad
The one who tries to fix what's gone bad
The person who cares a lot
The one who you'd once forgot
But eventually they come back to wipe the tears and pain
The one who gives you hope and keeps you sane
That person I special and means so much
Don't let them go like the rest of them
There the only one who actually means something in the end..
There the one who will always be a friend
