I'm strong like a tree
But your words are like saws
Pointing out all my little flaws
Trying to break me
You want me to fall
But the thing is you people
Don't affect me at all
Tell me I'm ugly
Tell me I'm fat
Tryna pretend you guys are all that
It takes more than a couple pokes,
To make this tree fall
I'll stand up
I'll show you
Prove you all wrong
Wow, I'm gay
Call it a sin
Saying hell called and told me I'm in
But if god created the world
He made me too
Telling me that gay is a choice
Hoping if back down and hide my voice
We'll guess what
I'm standing tall like a tree
A couple of haters don't bother me
Your hate is what makes me
Only I can brake me
So I'll break free
I'm strong like a tree
Through the stars
Through the storm
Through the cold
Even standing alone
Through the dark
And the light
I fight with all of my might
I'm strong like a tree
A few haters can't break me
