Chapter 5

We walked out of the complex as a Lamborghini pulled up. I awed at matte black beauty when one of the butterfly doors opened. Leo smirked this time as he stood next to the passenger side door.

I slid into the car before he shut the door and got into the drivers seat. He reved the engine before speeding out of the lot. Rap filled the silence between us as Leo navigated the roads.

It wasn't soon until we pulled up a carnival and I was filled with happiness. Leo shut of the car as another car pulled up next to us. Tay had a huge smile as she looked over at us.

He climbed out of the car before opening my door. I climbed out and he took his hand in mine. We all walked into the carnival together. Leo paid for the tickets before smirking at me. "Ready for the roller coaster."

I looked at him like he was nuts and started shaking my head. "Not happening." He held my hand and started pulling me towards the roller coaster.

"You might just want to give in." Tay said while shaking her head at us. We were already in line and I knew there was no way on getting out.

"But I don't like heights." I whined and pulled on his arm. The line kept moving and screams filled the air.

"I'll protect you." He whisper in my ear and pecked my cheek. That seemed to calm me down until we were seated. My anxiety started to kick back up until his hand sat on my lap.

The ride started and I took a deep breath in trying to control my anxiety. I shut my eyes and let out a scream as we shot down the hill. A hand gripped my thigh causing my eyes to open. Everyone was off the ride and Leo was waiting on me to get up.

I got up and he lifted me up into his arms before carrying me down the steps. "One of your fears is heights." He said as he put me down.

"Everyone has fears." I said as we slowly made our way over to Tay and Noah.

"Not when they are beaten out of you." I stopped and grabbed his arm causing him to stop too. "I wasn't alway heartless you know."

"You don't always have to be heartless." I kept my eyes locked on his as my hands wrapped around his neck. I slowly pulled on his neck slowly bring his face down to mine. Our lips connected and fireworks went off in the pit of my stomach.

His hands found my waist and pulled me closer to him. "Love birds." Noah said causing me to pull apart from him. "You are standing the middle of a carnival must I remind you."

Leo smirked and looked around at the people. "So more roller coasters?" Leo said smirking down at me.

"You wanna lose your dick?" I chuckled at him as he grabbed my hand.

"Okay we'll slow it down for a little." He said with a smile. "How about a ride on the carousel?" I smiled back at him as he pulled me over to the carousel. He gave the lady the tickets before lifting me on a horse.

His hand rested on my thigh as a smiled like a kid. I think I'm finally reaching his heart. Once the ride ended he lifted me off the horse and we walked over to the tables. We all sat down and Leo pecked my lips before saying, "I'm going to go get food."

Tay and I were left at the table and Tay had a smile plastered on her face. We turned and watched the two stand in line for food. A child's cheerful scream pulled my attention away from him and to the tea cup rides.

I looked back over at the lines and the guys were gone. I looked at Tay and see just shook her head at me. "You should just sit here."

Leo POV

I looked over at Sammi and she was mesmerized by the tea cup rides causing me to smile. "You know I haven't seen you smile this much ever."

"We'll see how long that lasts." I voice said behind me as I felt something press into my back. "Follow me or there will be nothing to smile about."
