Ren x Female! Reader

Ren groaned as morning's light made its way to his eyes. Awakened by the sound of displeasure, (Y/N) stirred in his arms.

"Morning," he yawned into his free hand.

-because after sleep we all gots dragonbreath-

"Nope." She chirped, pulling him down and cuddling him pushing herself back into sleep.

The other three had slept in team RWBY's room after watching a scary movie. Leaving  (Y/N) and Ren free to spend last night together. And she didn't want it to end.

"We have to get up." Ren tried to get up again.

"We are on break. You are smoking something if you think I'm getting up this early." She grumbled.

"It's 9:00."

"It's early."

"Get up."

"No."

"Yes."

"No."

"Yes."

"No."

"No."

"Yes. - wait.... Damnit Ren!"

Ren chuckled, pulling out of the (H/C) girl's grasp.

"Uggggghhhh." She groaned into his pillow. "You said it not me." Ren smiled picking her up and throwing her over his shoulder.

"Mfuffer." Her voice was muffled by his t-shirt.

"Love you too." He sat her on the couch and threw a few waffles in the toaster.

"No pancakes?" (Y/N) asked.

"I thought I'd change it up a bit.... and I didn't feel like having my butt tampered with." He replied.

"You know you love my love taps."

"It feels like you are trying to kill Grimm on my buttocks."

(Y/N) snorted.

"What?"

"Buttocks- pfffttt."

"And you were trying to say that I was smoking something?"

The toaster popped.

"FOOD!" (Y/N) raced ahead of a sauntering Ren.

"So, I'm taking us on a surprise trip today." Ren smiled while swinging his and (Y/N)'s interlocked hands back and fourth. 

"Where?" She asked, (E/C) eyes shimmering in the early noon sun.

"That's classified." He said, leading her down a dirt path that connected to Beacon's sidewalk.

After battling mosquitoes down the path that cut through woodlands, they made it out to a meadow.

Hundreds of different wildflowers swayed to and fro with the long, yellow tinged grass.

A small stream ran nearby. Upon closer inspection, (Y/N) could see a few koi fish.

A small herd of deer quietly picked their way through the meadow, not at all disturbed by the couple.

"It's beautiful." (Y/N) swooned, inhaling the scent of wildflowers.... and citronella?

'It's must grow wild here. That explains why there are no mosquitoes.' She thought.

"I imagined you would enjoy this." Ren chided.

The lovers sat by the stream, watching deer and toying with the koi.

"Ren.... I love you."
A small splash sent water droplets flying on her cheek, instead of squealing, she giggled. Which made Ren giggle.

" I love you too, (Y/N)."

Okay, so incase you were wondering, you can play with koi fish. They'll swim around your hands and stuff -sometimes they  bite but their bites don't really hurt because they have sucker mouths. At least most of the ones I've came into contact  with do. Anyway, this was requested by AnimeFreak_135  I hope you enjoyed this! (^-^)
