A New Threat (Chapter 13)

Niall's PROV

      The boys and I were playing Mario Cart on the Wii U while Ari was asleep. I heard footsteps coming from the stairs and turned around to see Ari with a sparkle in her eye. She came and sat down next to me, giving a huge hug. "Tell mum and Greg that I said thank you." She whispered in my ear. I smiled and hugged her back. This must be the sister brother bound that all of the boys talk about. I love it.

      "So, what are you guys doing?" Ari asked us looking at the screen all confused. The boys had the funniest shocked looks on their face. "What, I lived in an orphanage for most of my life, I know nothing about these gadgets that are all over this universe today!" Ari said all dramatically. I don't think I have ever seen her this way. It's nice to see her warm up more too us.

      "It's called Mario Cart," Zayn explained. "You race each other and try to win. You tilt the remote the way you want to go and press A to move. (I can't remember)" Ari looked surprised and immediately took my remote out of my hand. Harry started a new game and they were off. I was shocked that Ari was actually beating their butts!

      "Ari press B to activate your star power!" I said to her. With that she did and crossed the finish line taking first place!

      "I did it!" She exclaimed. "I won!" She danced around the room doing a funny sort of dance. She was so happy and was not afraid of showing us who she actually was. I didn't know she had this much energy in her petite body. If this is what she was like all the time, then I can't wait until she is fully herself around us.

Ariana's PROV

     Too much. I am getting comfortable around them too quickly. I have so many secrets and I have had so little time with these boys. I can't let them see who I am. If I do they will only treat me differently and use me. They will never love me. I don't know how they feel about me, I don't know how I feel about them. I can't let them in the way that I want to. It would only mean hurting them and myself and I can't do that to any of us.

     And too make things worse, Someone is out to get me. I've been getting these notes and texts and, you know what. I can't tell you. I can't tell anyone. It would ruin me. It would ruin the relationship I have formed with these boys. If HE means what he writes, then I can't let these boys get hurt. I love them, and that's kind of scary for me, VERY scary.

Things just got interesting! Lol. Posting now because something happened in one of my classes and looks of people had a reaction to some unknown chemical and I was one of them and had a asthma attack so ya. Counldn't go to dance tonight because of it so I thought I would post a new chapter. I will try to post as soon as I can, but midterms are coming up so I might not post for a week or two. We will just have to wait and see.
