A New Damage(Chapter 23)

Ariana's PROV

"Hello, Don't be afraid. We are not hear to hurt you. My name is Maura Gallagher and these two boys here are my sons Greg Horan and Niall Horan." "Please don't be afraid," said the boy that she pointed out as Niall. "We are not here to hurt you. we are here to adopt you."

Niall's PROV

She looks so helpless. All that I can hear is the beeping of her monitor. It's driving me insane. I can't look at her like this. She is so broken and I let it happen. HOW could I let this happen. I don't know if I will ever be able to forgive myself for this.

Louis's PROV

I love her. I love her and I can't even tell her. I haven't left the hospital seance that day a week ago now. She is still in that dreadful state. I can't even hear her angelic voice because of what that monster did. He ruined everything! He ruined my Ari. Please, Ari, don't leave me, stay with me. Please.

Zayn's PROV

I'm trying to be the strong one for everyone. I'm trying to be that shoulder for them all to cry on. The one that says that everything will be okay. The truth is, I'm not the strong one and I need someone to comfort me. I cry in the bathroom at night, that way no one can see how hurt I really am.

Harry's PROV

I'm scared to go and see Ari. I've seen Greg and Maura and they both don't look that good. Just seeing them makes me scared to see her. I know I'm not her actual brother or the one who is in love with her but I care for her as if she is my sister. I just can't see her like that, in that state.

Liam's PROV

I should probably explain what is going on. Well, Greg, Maura, and Ari are in the hospital. Greg got the least of the beating. He got out with only a broken left arm and a black eye. They said that the eye will heal in about a week and the arm, being broken in more than one place, will take about four to six months to heal. It's a long time but we are glad that he is getting released today.

Maura has three broken ribs, a broken left femur, and a broken right wrist. She had to have surgery on her femur. She is finally woke up today, but is not allowed to go home for another week. She has been diagnosed with being mute due to all of the trauma that she went through. We are all surprised that Greg wasn't diagnosed, but are all very happy about that. Maura also has temporary memory lost and only remembers what happened that day. The doctors said that it will take only a few weeks for her memory to be fully restored. We are lucky that she remembers all of us though.

As for Ari, she got the worst of it. She has five broken ribs, her whole right leg is broken, she has second degree burns all over her stomach, a fractured left arm, and a major concussion. She had to have surgery on both her leg and arm. She is no longer in critical condition as of ten minutes ago. The worst part is, she is in a coma. The doctors have no idea when she will wake up, but the good thing is that they know that she will. She also had a huge cut above her right eye that needed seven stitches. As of right now they think that she got it from a loose piece of wood when she was thrown down the stairs. She looks so broken. Niall has been rotating between the three of them for this past week. Louis has been staying in Ari's room not moving from his spot by her bed. Zayn, Harry, and I have been going home to get food and clothing for everyone. We are all a complete mess and as of right now, nothing can change that.

Paul's PROV

I feel so bad for they boys. They are all in so much pain, even Zayn who is trying to not show it.

"Where is she! Where is my Ariana!" A girl with dirty blonde hair says running into the hospital.

"Who are you and how do you know Ari?" I asked her

"I'm Brooke and Ari used to be at my mum's orphanage. She is the closest thing I have to a sister and me to her." She says.

"I remember you." I turned around and saw Niall in Ari's doorway. Oh boy.

Ariana's PROV

 "You will be living with Niall and his band mates. We discussed it and we thought that it would be the best for the both of you. That way Niall can take on some responsibility and you will be able to have some fun with people around your age and who arn't a lot older than you like Greg and me."

Yes it is short. This is an update on how everyone is and what condition everyone is in. As you can tell Ariana is having flashbacks. There will be more flashbacks to come.
