Hermione's POV:
Wow, Draco is such a great kisser, whoever thought I would end up kissing the Slytherin prince, even if it was for a dare. We went in for lunch and all the way through it me and draco kept smiling at each other and giggling whilst Blaise just huffed on the side. About 20 minutes later my mother came into the room and said "In a week you two will be turning seventeen, as a pureblood family we are expected to throw a ball in honour of you coming of age, obviously you have a week to prepare and you may invite who you like, but remember, as we were thought of as death eaters there will be former deatheaters there, so be careful who you invite." she then left to go to the kitchen. Wow, I've only ever been to one ball before, and it was an awful one at that, I can't wait!
Draco's POV:
Wow, Crystal is so beautiful and such a great kisser! I never thought I'd be falling in love with someone who i once called a mudblood, I regret that so much, she should hate me really, but she seems to like me for some strange reason. She kept smiling at me, wow she's cute when she smiles! Blaise would kill me if I made a move on her, she is his little sister after all (only by five minutes). Amara came into the room and told us that Crystal and Blaise will be having a coming of age ball next week! I'm looking forward to it.
Hermione's POV:
I'm going to write to ginny, asking her to come over, times have been tough over the last summer at the Weasley's. First I found out that Ron was cheating on me with Lavender Brown when I caught them in bed together, and then Ginny and Harry decided that they weren't going to work out and decided to break up, I think Gin may need a break from it all. I owled Ginny and then 15 minutes later I hear a thud from downstairs, I guess Ginny got my owl. I ran down to Ginny and as I saw the tall redheaded girl I ran and gave her a huge hug. "Wow 'Mione you look great!" Ginny said, I smiled and replied "Thanks Gin! But I'd prefer to go by my real name, Crystal" Ginny giggled and then I dragged her up to my room. "Wow crystal it's so beautiful here!" Gin said, I smiled and said "We need to do some catching up." I said, "Indeed we do" She replied.
20 minutes later we heard a knock on my door, it was Draco. As he walked in the room he spotted Ginny and said "Ah, I see Weaslette is here to join us." and then smirked at me as I nudged him and said "Watch it Malfoy, that's my best friend you're talking about." and he laughed at me and teased "Aw is little crysy getting upset?" and picked me up and threw me over his shoulder as i giggled so hard I found it hard to breath, "Put..Me...Down....Draco...Need...To...Breath!" and with that he put me down smirking, Blaise then appeared in the doorway and casually said "whats up?" and winked at Ginny, she blushed at that, I said to him "Draco here is teasing me for sticking up for my best friend" Blaise laughed and said "Awwww little sensitive Crysy" and tickled me. A minute later my father walked in the room, I ran over to him shouting "DADDYYYYY!" and flung my arms around him, he hugged me back and laughed, and then said "Your mother would like me to tell you that you shall be going shopping with her to find a dress for your ball next week in the morning." I smiled and said "I can't wait!" I told him, he smiled at me and kissed my forehead and said "Bye princess" and he left the room. The boys decided to go practice Quidditch and leave me and Ginny to talk.
