Crystal's POV:
We reached the bottom of the hall and spotted Blaise and Draco waiting for us, Wow Draco looks handsome, I thought. As we got to them Draco pulled me in to a kiss and whispered in my ear "You look beautiful my soon to be Slytherin princess" I giggled and said "And you look ever so handsome my Slytherin prince" And he smiled but we were interupted by my father who said "Me and your mother will be announced first, and then Mr and Mrs Malfoy, Blaise who will lead in Lynnetta and the Crystal who will be escorted by Draco." My mother smiled at me and said "You look so beautiful my dear, be careful though, there will be lot's of families wanting their sons to become betrothed to you, so stick by Draco's side at all times" I looked up at Draco with a worried face and he looked down at me and said "There's no need to worry, I'll make sure they all stay away from you" and then he smirked and I pulled him into a tight embrace and said "I don't know what I'd do without you" and then placed a gentle kiss on to his lips. A couple minutes later we heard a booming voice say "Thank you for joining us here tonight for the coming of age ball of Blaise Allesandro Demonte Zabini and Crystal Allegro Karissa Zabini. May we please Welcome Mr and Mrs Zabini" there were claps heard from afar as my mother and father walked downstairs, Then Draco's parents went down, the Blaise and Lynn and then it was me and Draco's turn. We heard the booming voice say "And I now have the pleasure of reintroducing to the wizarding world the long lost daughter of the Zabini's, Miss Crystal Allegro Karissa Zabini and Mr Draco Malfoy" I tightly grabbed Draco's arm and he whispered "Calm down, it's okay, I've got you" and I smiled and relaxed a little bit. As we stepped out on to the steps we heard a loud cheer, I smiled and walked down to the bottom, with my arm linked in Draco's. We reached the bottom and the music started playing and Draco said "May I have this dance?" I laughed and said "Of course" and I wrapped my arms around his neck and he put his hands around my waist. A slower song came on next and I put my head on his chest and snuggled into him more, He leaned down and whispered in my ear "I love you Crystal, I don't ever want to let you go" and said back "I love you too Drake, don't ever let me go, and I mean it" and we both laughed. Two minutes later we were interrupted by a familiar red head who tapped me on the shoulder and said "May I interrupt and have this dance?" I looked at Draco with a pleading look as if to say 'Please Don't leave me' he laughed and shook his head and said "I don't see why not" and I scowled and then said "What do you want Ronald?" and he then smirked and said "You" and I pushed him away and said "Fuck off! not after the way you treated me! Get off me, I hate you!" and I broke down into tears and ran to find Draco.
I found Draco sat outside on our balcony and when he heard my footsteps he turned his head and saw me crying and said "What the fuck did that Weasel do?! I swear to god I will kill him" and I just fell into his arms and said "Oh Draco, he said he wanted me back, after everything he's done! He only wants me for my looks and I just hate him so much" and with that Draco pulled me in tighter to his chest and said "Don't worry darling, I won't let anyone else near you, I promise! Now let's get back to that party!" I nodded my head and wiped my tears away as he put his arm around me and we walked back into the party.
When we walked back in my father ran over and said "What happened darling?! I saw you run out in tears!" and I wrapped my arms around him and said "Oh daddy, it was Ronald, he said he wanted me back after hurting me so bad" and with that my father clenched his fists and said "No one hurts my daughter like that! Draco, take Crystal up to bed, she's had a long night. You may stay with her if it's necessary." Draco nodded and his arm snaked around my back and he lead me up to my bedroom.
