Barry- Barry is always worried, so it isn't terribly hard to make him jealous. But most commonly you'll joke around and jokingly flirt with Oliver Queen (a.k.a The Arrow.) He's never liked seeing you and Oliver together because he thinks Oliver's taller, stronger, and better. He fears Oliver might take you from him someday.
Grant- Grant knew the trust in your guys relationship from all the times he's comforted you about kissing the girls for scenes. And he didn't get jealous very often. So, when he's jealous it's probably from you checking out other guys. Grant doesn't necessarily get jealous from the thought of them being better, it's more from him thinking you've lied about the "I love you"
