I've been staring at an open space a whole day now. Marinette's labor was being to harsh and rough for her that my ears can't bare to hear her screams. I couldn't help feel guilty. The feeling is like your taking something that's not fully yours... I feel dumbfounded as I look at my wedding ring. It has been a year of our marriage when she had told me that she was pregnant. I was so happy then. Who knew I used up all my happiness up till today. I feel sick and forlorn for my wife. I started growing fuzzier and fuzzier as my mind went blank. The door opened... Revealing a nurse dressed in white "Mr. Agreste." She then smiled

"Congratulations! You have a baby girl!"

I couldn't help but smile "I do?" I say a bit inaudible. She nodded and guided me inside the room "Your wife is just Inside. Feel free to comfort her a bit. She's been quite a fighter indeed."
I just nodded with pride. That's my wife for you.
"Marinette." I called out softly as the door was closed behind me. I walked closer to her and make our hands intertwined "You did it..." I say tearing up "You gave birth to our baby girl." Marinette nodded with a weak smile "I did..."
I leaned my forehead against her's and cried tears of joy "I love you... You know that right?"
Marinette hummed in response and hugged her husband "Thank you for giving me my child..."

The door creaked open and the nurse once again entered with a soft wrapped cloth on her hands... That's her... My little girl. We still had our hands intertwined with eachother as the nurse brought the baby closer. She handed it over to Marinette with a grand smile "She's very beautiful m'am." And then left.

"Look at her Adrien." Marinette whispered "Look at our child." Then, I obeyed and moved a small portion of cloth out of her face "She's beautiful indeed."
"What are we gonna name her?" Marinette asked looking at me. I shrugged "I had been dumbfounded about the baby a couple of days now. I thought I though of something. But I guess the trauma of this beautiful angel got to me..." I cooed. Making Marinette roll her eyes "Okay?" She smiled and kissed him "How about, Emma?"

"Beautiful..." I nodded as Marinette handed her to me "Here's daddy..." She baby talked Emma as she smiled at me. I blushed looking at the child in my arms "Yes... I'm daddy..." I repeated "And your my child..." I add "My beautiful child" my eyes started down pouring with tears as I held her a little closer "I won't let anybody get to you.. I promise.."

"Oi!" Marinette called out "Don't over protect her you Alley cat!" I laughed because of that. "Hear that? That's mommy. Aka Ladybug." I pretend to whisper at Emma "I was a big fan of her before.." I laugh as the baby remained silent.
I sat close to Marinette and leaned my head against he's our gaze at the little angel....
