Your pov:
You were a little on edge since kyle kissed you not telling anyone ate you up inside. You wanted to tell stan but you didn't know how he would feel cartman would probably rip on you for kissing a jew and kenny would be meh. You hear a knock on your door as your in your bed on your phone texting kyle.
"It's open" You reply after hearing a knock three times.
"Hey kiddo" Uncle Randy says to you.
"Hey uncle randy what's going on?" You say kinda weirded out as to why he's in your room.
"Can we talk" He says looking at the ground playing with his fingers.
"Of course come in" You reply making room on your bed for him to sit.
"Your dad is being released from jail" He says kinda saddened.
"What! No this can't be" You reply looking shocked at him.
"I'm sorry sweetie, He wants you to come home with him he bought a new apartment in new york" Uncle randy said looking at the ground again.
"No! I'm not going I can't go!" You started to form tears in your eyes.
"Come here" Uncle randy pulled you into his arms and you cried into his shirt.
You couldn't leave you just got close with kyle. It would break him if you left. Your dad was abusive you didn't want to go home with him it had only been 6 months and he's already being released he must've did something good.
"Dad what's going on?" Stan asked as he saw me crying into uncle Randy's shirt.
"(Y/N) is leaving stan.." Uncle randy said saddened.
"No you can't leave" Stan walked into my room coming onto my bed.
"What am I supposed to tell kyle" You cry harder.
"What do you mean?" Stan replied giving you a confused look.
"There's something I didn't tell you Stan" Saying as you wiped away your tears.
"What didn't you tell me?" He questioned you again.
"When you left that hospital room me and kyle were talking and then we kissed.." You looked at the ground and cried a little reliving the moment.
"Well it's about damn time" Stan said rolling his eyes.
"You and kyle kissed, Aww my niece is growing up so fast!" He laughed kissing my forehead.
"Uncle randy stop!" You blushed kinda embarrased.
"But dude kyle is gonna be crying for weeks" Stan said looking kinda scared.
"That's what I'm saying" You cried.
"Wait a second there might be a way to keep you" Uncle Randy got up and starting thinking.
"What do you mean?" You said kinda confused.
"If we legally adopt you then you have to stay with us" Uncle randy smiled.
"I thought I was already legally adopted by you guys" You looked confused.
"Oh no you just stayed with us until something happened like this" Uncle randy said.
