Troublesome || Shikamaru || *On Hold*

Chapter 14

It's been a while now but Naruto and some perve I met went to go out and search for the new Hokage who I heard was a female.

I was currently waiting for Asuma, Choji, Shikamaru and Ino at the gates because we had a mission.

"Hey, Hisa." Asuma said walking up next to me.

"Hey sensei. Where are the others?" I asked.

"Well your a little early." He said.

"Oh I am, I didn't notice." I said a little shocked.

"were you excited to see Shikamaru." He said.

"Yes- I-I mean no! I was just simply waiting for everyone to arrive, I had no idea that I was this early." I said crossing my arms and turning away from him.

He began laughing and I started blushing out of embarrassment.

"It isn't funny." I said looking at him.

"What's not funny." I turned around seeing Shikamaru, Ino, and Choji.

"Nothing at all." I said huffing.

Asuma laughed a little more, then finally stopped.

"Well since you are all here should we go."

We began to walk out the gates and head towards the village that we had to go to.

"Wait did you get your medicine Hisa?" Sensei asked and my eyes widened.

"Oh man." I say turning around running back through the village gates going home.

When I get back we began to head to a village that a merchant and his daughter were at. We are suppose to help escort them to the stone village.

We were all walking to pick the man and his daughter up. Me and Shikamaru were behind the rest in the back.

"What's that medicine for." Shikamaru asked.

"Oh well, my body gets extremely exhausted at a certain point of time it cause me to pass out." I said.

"I didn't know that." He said.

"Because I don't talk about it." I said becoming quiet afterwards.

It only happens because Oruchimaru used to experiment on me. A lot of these happened to me after his experiments. I began to dream about things that I never dreamt about but he stopped once Maru said she'd take my spot.

I miss Maru but she's gone now.

"Hisa." There was a hand waved in my face and I blinked. "Are you alright?" Shikamaru asked.

"Yeah, it's just..." I thought if I should tell him about Oruchimaru. I know people in the village knows him and what he did. If Shikamaru knew or any of my friends knew that I used to be a follower of Oruchimaru, will they still look at me the same? "It's nothing." I say quickly smiling but I knew Shikamaru could see right through me and I hate it.

"I get it you don't want to talk about." He said looking forward.

I sighed happy he didn't push it.

We finally arrived at to the village that the merchant and his daughter were at. He had other people with him from the stone village that were guarding them as well but they weren't ninja.

They said that the merchant doesn't specifically have any enemies and there should be no reason that he would be in danger. But he wanted ninjas to protect him just in case other ninjas would try to come and attack him and rob him or harm his daughter.
