Chapter 12

-Shikamaru-

"Because I didn't want to get involved, I don't care about Sasuke." I said and she rolled her eyes. "Shouldn't you be going."

"Yes, but listen be careful alright." She said.

I started feeling weird by her showing concern for me, thinking she was just joking then I closed my eyes sighing.

"Yeah, yeah I should be saying that to you." I said.

"I'm serious Shikamaru." She said. I opened my eyes and she was staring into them.

"Yeah... Got it, I will ok." I said looking away, feeling weird.

"Good." She said.

She stood up going off. I stared at her as she left then suddenly felt pain I'm my hand.

"Ow!" I shouted.

"Let's go." The little mut said.

Why was Hisa worrying about me? It made me feel weird, was she was just trying to be nice, what's up with her.

-Hisa-

"The village is under attack right now." I told the sensei's at the school.

"What kid go away shouldn't you be at the Chunin exams." The sensei said.

I grabbed him by his collar bringing him down my level his eyes widened along with the other sensei eyes.

"Listen here sir I'm really not in the best of moods right now if you don't get those kids to safety your going to put their lives in danger now get in there tell the other sensei and get the kids out of here now!" I shouted at him he nodded scared running away.

I left out of the school seeing another Jonin.

"Sir!" I shouted to him.

"Yes."

"Listen the village is under attack I was sent from Kakashi to get word out." I said.

"What this can't... Ok thank you." He said and began to run to who knows where.

While going around telling other ninja about the leaf being attacked more people began to become aware of it.

While I was out I saw my brothers Daichi and Koji together.

"Daichi! Koji!" I shouted to them then they came over.

"Hey Hisa it's a good thing your here, listen I don't know if you've felt it-"

"Lord Orochimaru's presence." I said and they nodded.

"Yeah." Koji said.

"He's here." I say quickly and their eyes widened.

"What!"

"He's having the village attack him and the third are fighting right now, I'm trying to tell as many ninja that I can what's happening but since you guys are here. Hurry one of you go tell this to father make sure he has the clan safe." I say.

Koji nods and heads off.

"I have to- ah!" I was cut off by a kunai flying past my face.

I jumped back looking at who threw it at me and it was about 5 sound ninja.

"Go Hisa." Daichi said.

"What! But there's to many for you let me stay I can help you." I said.

"Hisa I'm not going to let you get hurt your my little sister if you got harmed while I was around I wouldn't forgive myself." He said.

I was being hesitant at first thinking it was a bad idea. His leg was messed up from his previous mission it would be bad for him to try to fight with that he might move slower.
