Sans P.O.V.

Its been a whole day now. I know it's supposed to be two days but whatever, right?

I open my bedroom door, expecting everything to be fine since Saf was around aaaaaaaaand......

Եհҽ հօմՏҽ աɑՏ cհɑօԵíc

Chelsea was crying at the top the steps, Papyrus is yelling at what seems to be no one, and Safire is just sitting in front of the TV, hugging her knees ignoring everything.

I take a deep breath and start with Chels.

"What's wrong Chels?"

She looks up and hugs my leg.

"Safire won't respond to me....I couldnt get you........ Pappy is upset...... And Mommy and Daddy were supposed to be back today." She told me mid-cry.

I pick her up.

"Mommy and Daddy are just a little busy...... Is all. I'll calm down paps don't worry. And I'll get Saf and we'll play house, ok?"

Her face lit up a bit, which is a good sign, and she nods.

I walk her over to her rooms, close the blinds, turn on her nightlight and nursery rhymes and tuck her into the rocker.

I tell her to drink the potion that will make her a skeleton.

"W-what will it do?" She asked drowsily.

"Its a surprise. Have a nice nap now."

As she nods and closes her eyes, I walk out and close the door almost completely.

I teleport to Papyrus.

"STOP YELLING PAP!" I scream at the top of my lungs to get his attention.

He stops and looks at me.

"B-but........ Chelsea is sad and she is my sister. Safire is not responding and I'm scared. A-and! You were gone!"

Wow he really must be worried he's speaking in a normal tone.

"Alright Paps. I talked to Chels, she's fine! I'll get to Saf. Drink this and come with me."

He did as told and we went into his room.

"I'm going to read you a bedtime story."

He layed down quickly.

I waited for him to get comfortable before I started.

"Once upon a time the was a fluffy bunny."

-----------

"The end. " I whispered over Pap's light snores, fighting sleep myself.

The house....... Was dead quiet.

I walk down the steps and trudge through the clutter on the floor.

I keep walking and almost trip over Safire.

She's sitting, curled in a ball on the floor.

I crouch down beside her.

Her eyes are wide open and tears are sitting in her sockets. There are also tears streaming down her face.

"Saf? Can you hear me? What's wrong?"

She looks up at me and whimpers.

I open my arms, "come here."

She practically leaps into my arms.

She's in such a funk I don't think she realizes I'm a skeleton.

"Safire."

She doesn't respond, just grips onto my sweater.

"Saf, please."

Her grip gets tighter.

"Saf, you have to tell me what's wrong."

She sniffles.

"Ok, how about you teleport to your house so I can clean up this mess before my mom and dad come home."

She flinches a little before shaking her head.

"What? Why not? They'll be here any minute I need to-"

"NO!" She screams, holding me by the shoulders and looking at me.

Her pupils are (f/c) and (f/c) flames are coming out of them.

I just stare, shocked and worried.

Her eye sockets widen.

She squints and rubs the tears out of her eye sockets.

"I-I'm sorry... it's just............. they aren't coming back."

"W-what do you mean? Of course they're coming back.......... you don't mean they....."

She nodded slowly, squinting harder to hold in the tears as she breaks the news.

"They're dead."

I know, I know. Gosh Mouse you are obsessed with making people die.

WELL IM SORRY BUT IT ADDS DRAMA.

Anyways, how do you think this will affect Sans's transformation?

He's not supposed to feel extreme emotions and well, i think this is pretty extreme.

I mean, I know what's going to happen cuz I'm writing this story but like, I like your comments so TT~TT
