When I walked around the world
Feelings were a little bit
That tempered me too cold
Found people best at conflict

I expected a peaceful day
Soft as a muddy clay
Dust, storms were around
Locked me as if I was bound

I expected an illuminated night
That shines ever so bright
But the dusky clouds covered the sky
And there was no space for me to fly

An expected balloon of hope always bursts
Expectations usually hurts
