This lyric was describing you and kaldurs ( correct me if I'm wrong ) relationship at the moment he thinks you don't really love him and think he is a traitor.
All the time that he was called a traitor you never believed it and swore to yourself the kaldur would never do that there must be a bigger reason .

You never believed that he wanted to kill Artemis .

That's when Nightwing told you and only you that he was doing it to try and save people .

When he returned the rest of the team were hesitant but when he returned you ran straight over to him and forgave him .

You knew that it would take a while for it to be back to how it was .

You were so happy about him returning but he felt you faked your love for him , that you didn't want to be with him because of what he'd done that you hated him .

He thought that ( your favourite member of the justices league ) had set you up to it .

He though that you were only with him out of pity and that you were going to be moved up to the justice league if you did .

He didn't know that everything you said to him ,every time you said I love you , that you meant all of it .
