Episode 8: The Picture

"We lost." Shizuka sighs as we walk away with a small trophey and not the one we were hoping for.

"You guys came second place, that has to be a good thing, right?" Hiro looks at us all "Besides, it was only one point out. If you had enough time I'm sure you guys would of won! Right Hotaru!?"

Looking over to Hiro I can't help but smile and I nod once "There is always next time, beside we didn't come out empty handed."

"Yes!" Everyone cheers and they start leaping at me and I am in shock, I never thought in my entire life time that everyone would be so happy at my words. Even inside me I feel like I am changing into a whole new different person. I don't feel like the 'tsundere' people make me out to be.

Looking over I see Raiden looking at me with a warm smile on his face and I feel myself blush I look away hoping I'm not red as a tomato.

Perhaps, my whole world is changing, if so, my whole world has been changed by Raiden.

"Everyone here is allowed to go home as soon as we get off the train, I advise you try not to get lost." Sensei smiles at us all before we enter the station.

In a two seat place me and Raiden have been asked to sit there, I sit by the window and Raiden sits beside me and I feel him take my hand in his and rest his head on my shoulder.

"Raiden?"

"You did great today." He whispers and I feel myself blushing darkly and I look out of the window watching the houses which past by.

"Thank you." I whisper in return.

Arriving back home we all take different paths but it seems Raiden is following me.

"Where are you going?" Raiden asks.

"Home and then Maid Latte." I say pulling out my keys from my bag.

"Can I come with you?"

"If you want." I mumble.

Going inside I sort out my bag and run a quick brush through my hair while Raiden stands outside. Looking at myself in the mirror I smile before shutting the door behind me and heading over to Maid Latte.

"Hotaru." Mikasa finds me standing there with Raiden and I feel extremely awkward. Mikasa eyes up Raiden before looking at me "Is he your boy-"

I grab her arm and drag her away from Raiden and I notice Usui heading over to Raiden talking to him.

"He isn't my boyfriend!" I demand at Mikasa "He's just a friend."

"BOY-friend." Mikasa whispers in my ear and I slap at her waving hands "Come on, we need to get you ready for Raiden~"

"Shhh!" I demand while she shoves at me and I see Usui leading Raiden into the kitchen and I sigh.

This is evening is going to indeed be a very long one.

"Oi Ru-tan!" Raiden calls for me after I serve a bunch of guys drinks and I walk over "I want a picture with you!~"

"You've already had one!" I exclaim.

"I want another one." He pouts at me.

"What happened to the last one?!" I demand at him.

He pouts "I lost it at home."

"Fine but make it quick!" I sigh seeing more customers entering Maid Latte. I stand beside Raiden blushing darkly as he takes the picture.

As soon as I hear the click I move away from Raiden towards some male customers.
