E I G H T N E E N

I was the first one to wake up.

I wasn't sure if it was a dream or not.

Everything was so surreal, I couldn't be sure of what happened because after Ethan told me to 'fuck off.' Everything went black.

I wake up Ethan by shoving his shoulder causing him to fall back a bit hitting the wall.

" Amelia?" Ethan slurs waking up from his dream.

" Ethan, what happened yesterday?" I ask straight forward .

"We cuddled after that make out session and you fell asleep." Ethan says looking me dead in the eyes.

Do I believe him?!

I want too.

It's not fair, when the best of things happen to a person the bad things come pouring in, if not its just problem after problem.

Why can't this Universe just let me be happy for once?

I'll try to believe him, I have too right?!

"Okay." I whisper slightly regretting the way I woke up Ethan this morning.

" Why? Are you okay?" Ethan sits up straight releasing his grip from my waist.

" Uh, I h-had a bad dream that you had a s-sex deal with Emily and when I came to your room to confront you you told me to fuck off." I silently laugh ashamed that I believed It until it hit me.

"Ethan you said we made out and cuddled right?" I ask

"yeah...?!"

" Your disgusting!" I slap his chest getting out of the bed noticing I'm only in one of his white T-shirts.

He told me we made out, then cuddled but in my dream we made out also. Everything we did wasn't actually a dream, As much as I hate to admit it he did it.

"Amelia, Just let me explain myself please." He says reaching out to touch me but I lean back.

"Don't you dare touch me!" I yell.

"You were going to continue that deal while I was still dating you?" The room is then filled with silence, he hangs his head low as I assume tears drop from his eyes and hit the floor.

"you tell me to fuck off then lie to me?" I scoff.

" Give me my clothes Ethan I don't want anything to do with you." I look at him in disgust.

"I gave them to Emily" he whimpers.

I slip on my shoes I open the door and before I leave I say,

"Goodbye Ethan." I walk out slamming the door as waterfalls of tears fall from my eyes.

"You really think he stays with One women for the whole relationship?, I mean look where I am now," Maria scoffs twirling her hair.

"I'm so sorry." I whisper.

I honestly never thought these words would tumble out of my mouth, but honestly. right now Maria's the only person I can actually talk too.

"awe come here hun, don't be so broken hearten. what did you expect? honestly he's the biggest fuck boy In the world." Maria Explains with wide open arms

I hug her crying into her shoulder sniffling, I'm a mess.

It's been two weeks since I stopped talking to Ethan, I haven't left my room or spoke to Emily.

she'd look at me from time too time shooting a smile.

But I'd completely Ignore her.

I know this is childish but sometimes when She's not looking I'd flip her off.

Today, I was going to go to school after two weeks of eating,crying and numerous nightmares I decided to go to school. I mean, I couldn't hide forever, could I?

My hair was greasy So I decided to wake up earlier than normal and take a long shower

Once I'm done I come out and i feel at least fifty times better. I don't stink, my hair isn't greasy and I can actually breathe properly.

I choose a Adidas crop top and sweat pants because I couldn't be bothered to style myself.

I do my eyebrows and wear chap stick.

I grab my crybaby backpack ready to head out to go starbucks until Emily decided to stir conversation with me.

"you know Ethan won't stop talking about you." She looks up at me weakly smiling.

" what did he break your heart aswell?" I spit at her grabbing my car keys

" I Just don't understand why you have to be such a bitch to me Amelia." Emily sighs

" Me? You know who's the bitch here?! It's obviously not me because my bestfriend Decided to go behind my back and do a sex deal with the boy I liked," I scoffed

" It's not like you were dating him!" she yells

" News flash." 

"You were dating him? Amelia, It wasn't my intention at all to do this, I-" She finishes her sentence looking down.

"Listen, I can forgive you. But things won't be the same." I say.

" I would do anything to be your friend or bestfriend again, Amelia. I missed you." She stands up walking towards me and hugging me.

I can't lie, I missed this.

" Are you still?"

"no Amelia, i realized what he did and called it off." 

I smile against her shoulder

" I'm friends with maria."

I walk in to school and not much has changed, Everyone's minding there own shit and Ethan's surrounded by girls.

same old same old.

The only thing that was Annoying was Ethan's locker was right next to mines and it would be so  hard Ignoring him but, I had to try.

I get to my locker barging past all the girls until they all leave.

I open my locker ignoring Ethan who was leaning against his facing me.

A note fly's out the minute I open it saying,

'meet me outside before the first bell.'

I didn't know who it was from but i decided to go anyways since I had like nothing to do.

I walk out waiting for exactly two minuets until Ethan shows up
