I groaned when my phone started buzzing. It was my mom. Ugh. I roll out of bed and pick up the phone and answer it. "Yes." I spoke yawning.
"Did I wake you?" she asked.
"Yes." I replied rubbing my face trying to wake up.
She sighed. "Sorry sweetie but when do you plan on coming back? Its the first day of fall and school starts in 3 weeks."
I sighed to myself. "I'm not sure yet, maybe 2 weeks, I really enjoy it here."
"I know but you have other important things to take of now, did you talk to anyone about anything last night?"
"No." I rolled my eyes. "I'll do it now because I'm hungry and I smell food."
My mom chuckled. "Okay, I'll let you go, bye Olivia!"
"Bye mom." I said before hanging up. God that women calls for anything. She probably missed me. Aw.
I stand up and fold my blankets and set them on a chair before heading the bathroom and cleaning up a bit. I wash my face and comb my hair with my fingers.
I walk into the kitchen and smell the air.
"Is that pancakes?"
"Olivia."
