Chapter Two

Asian sandwich

I hadn't realised my eyes were closed until I felt moisture trickle down my cheeks. I could feel pressure on my chest and a sharp pain along my spine, as well as an ache in my ankle that was slowly beginning to throb. When I opened my eyes the masked man was still on top of me, his legs tangled with mine. His black cap was gone and I could see his light brown hair, which also had a hint of copper to it. His deep brown eyes that were slanted were confused, but when they locked with mine they turned shocked.

I then hissed and blinked when flashes on top of flashes started to blind us as we were surround by the girls again. The security by the doors had now gotten involved and was helping the men in black to move the girls back. I gasped suddenly when the masked man was hastily pulled off me making my ribs sting. The men all made a fuss of him, patting him down and checking that he was ok completely ignoring me.

"No, no I'm ok. . ." I coughed out sarcastically as I just continued to lay there trying to catch my breath.

"Thanks for asking. . ." I continued to no one as I brushed a hand through my hair.

"NATALIE!" I could hear Elisha scream again from somewhere beyond the mass of screaming girls.

"Park Chanyeol?!"

"Chanyeol!" The girls screamed as the body guards continued to check him over.

"Yes, please do make sure he's ok. Not like I risked my life or anything. . ." I drawled out as I looked up at the cloud filled sky.

Fucking celebrities think they're God's gift or something! I tutted and rolled my eyes before my mouth opened and I yell out what popped into my head.

"You know this is where you're supposed to say thank you for saving my life!" I grumbled at his ungrateful manner as his back was to me.

"CHUNGBUNHI!" A male voice roared out and I was surprised that it was the masked man and he had thrown his arms out to stop the pestering men from touching him. What did he say? Clear- No, why would he say that. . Enough, maybe?

"Nae gil-eul tteonada!" He yelled out again a lot deeper than I thought possible for him. I have no idea what he said there. . . I thought as I tried to understand what he yelled, but my Korean was still a little weak.

The next thing I know the men in black part and the masked man stares down at me from between them. He then steps closer to me, the men in black move in-sync to stop the horde from getting closer. He then squats by my side; How the fuck does he do that? His feet are flat? I pondered before I noted his brown eyes were soft as I lean up on my elbows, but hiss as it aggravated my ribs.

"Neoneun nae mogsum-eul guhaess-eo." He spoke his Korean words slowed, but still so deep in his masculine timbre. I got the gist of what he was saying; Saved my life. . .

"Thank you." He added in a broken English accent, his smile mocking and his brown eyes full of merriment as I realised he could understand what I was saying all along. Was he just toying with me? . . .

"Uli seonsaengnim." One of his entourage in black, stepped forward, but the man in the mask just held up his hand in a dismissive gesture, never taking his brown eyes from me.

"Are you ok?" He asked as he peered over me, as if trying to ascertain if I was hurt or not.

"Fucking move!" I heard Elisha and I could see her now, standing by the curb but was being stopped by one of the men in black. Her eyes were locked onto me and her expression was full of worry and fear. But my attention was brought back to the masked guy as he pulled something from hair. A leaf?
