Jacob send my dinner to my room and left , not before he teased me about how girly I looked tonight. They knew me well . I won't be back to the kitchen after Clara ruined my appetite. With her plastic and full of makeup face , I don't think I could eat in the same table with her . Thanks god , my father understood me . I knew he was upset with Clara's attitude too.
After finishing my dinner , I pushed the tray to the side and laid on my bed , staring at the wall clock . It was thirty minutes to twelve and I was waiting for my brothers to surprise me . They did it every year and sometimes I was the one who surprised them .
I still remember their face when I jumped out from my closet two years ago . I almost gave every each of them a heart attack . The cake that was supposed to be my birthday cake , was accidentally smashed into Damien's face . We ended up having a cake fight and all of us looked like a ghost with face full of cream . I smiled to the thoughts and slowly got off my bed . I walked out to the balcony , lifting up my head to look at the sky . It was full moon tonight .
I didn't realized how long I have been standing there, watching the moon until a strong scent filled the air . It was the same scent I smelled this evening . A forest , chocolate , sweet scent . But this time , it was a little bit different. There was a scent of woman perfume mixed the scent .
I quickly rushed out from my room , following the scent . It drove my wolf crazy and it kept telling me to trail the scent . I sniffed the air and it getting stronger . I kept walking through the big hallway in the pack house until I reached the third floor where all the guest room located there .
A loud moans and grunts could be hear from the last room . But the scent was also coming from there . The scent was too ravishing for me and I encouraged myself to go the room . I put my ear against the door , trying to hear something other than the moans and the grunts.
" Faster baby , faster . "
My eyes widened when I heard Clara shouted those words in moan . I was pretty sure I knew what they were doing . I wanted to walk away from there since I felt like I wanted to throw up but the next voice's I heard made me stopped in my track .
" I'm coming Clara , I'm coming . " Alpha Ryder shouted along with Clara's moans.
I turned around and pushed the door open . The view in front of me was really disgusting hurting my eyes and my heart . There were half naked Alpha Ryder and the blacked out Clara who was on the top of him.
When Alpha Ryder snapped his head towards the door , his eyes widened as it connected with mine .
" Mate . " Both of us said in unison .
He immediately pushed Clara off his body and was about to get off and revealed his naked body when I slammed the door shut and ran into the wood .

I was so lucky I had my hoodie with me . It was really cold in the wood . A cold wind hit my barelegs as I walked deep into the wood . The thoughts of how unfortunately am I to meet my mate in that way really hurt me .
I was expected a very nice and handsome mate . The one who would wait for me and not wasting his life having sex with other girls. The one that wouldn't hurt me with every single things he did .
My mom used to tell me about how mates would love , protect and cherish each other and live happily until they die . But I think not everyone would have a happy ending . It only happened to those disney princesses's stories . Not in real life. Too bad my life story was not like my mother's life .
" Walking alone in the wood at this time is really dangerous, you know . " A rough voice snapped me out of my thoughts , making me turned around , only to see a man in black standing in front of me . He wasn't wearing a suit like in the film , he was just wearing a black jeans and black shirt .
" You're trespassing, rouge . " I snarled when I sniffed the air , glaring to him .
" Chill , I'm searching for the alpha's daughter . Do you know where she is ? " He asked while a smug smile on his face as he moved closer to me .
The smug smile really annoyed me a lot . " What do you want from her ? You better get out from this land before I kill you . "
" Ohh baby , I'm stronger than you . And you're alone right now . " He chuckled a bit, kept walking towards me.
I let out a humorless laugh , throwing me head to the back . " You're alone too and I don't think you know whos you're talking with right now . "
He laughed and clapped his hand three times . And soon nine rouge walked out from behind the trees , standing beside the guy .
" You're wrong . I'm not alone , Izzy . "

Damien's Pov
" Happy Birthday to - "
I blinked my eyes in disbelief as we stopped singing when Izzy's room was empty . She was nowhere to be found and it was really strange . She knew that we're coming and she would wait for us like last year when we surprised her with her favorite chocolate cake .
" Where is she ? " Jason asked weirdly as he scratching his head .
" I don't know . But let's find her . " Jacob replied and walked out from the room with Izzy's birthday cake in his arms .
I was about to follow him out of the room when one of the guard who was doing their patrol mind linked me . I was sure Jason and Jacob got it too since both of the stopped in their track .
" Rouges at the South boarder and Izzy is fighting with them alone . " He said and then the cake fell to the floor from Jason's arms . He ignored the fallen cake as he turned around to face me . Fear and worry evident on his face .
Without wasting anytime , the three of us rushed to the wood , only to be stopped by the heavy breathing Ryder .
" What's wrong ? " He asked as he put on a black t-shirt. I didn't know why he was sweating a lot but the smell of perfume on his body was really strong.
" What are you waiting for Damien ? Come on . " Jason shouted as he and Jacob was already out from the house .
I tried to walk away but Damien stopped me again by blocking my way with his hand . " Where are you guys going ? "
" It's Izzy . " I said , worried.
Suddenly his expression changed and his body tensed . " What happen to her ? "
I took a deep breath , trying to calm myself before I spoke .
" She is fighting with rouges at the South boarder. " With that , Ryder stalked out from the house and ran into the wood before he shifted to his big , black wolf .
