We arrived at Hogsmead and I went to go get books. It was a week until my birthday so with my own money I treated myself to a Pumpkin Pastie. I ate it quickly and got back to buying stuff. I walked into The Three Broomsticks and saw my dad (Newt) signing stuff. He is the author of 'Fantastic
Beast and Where To Find Them'.

I walked up to him pushing through the crowd." Dad can we go now?" I asked. He looked up. "Hold on honey. I'm going to sigh these things and then I have to get something. Okay?" He asked. I sighed. "Fine." I walked out of the shop and walked to The Three Broomsticks again.

On the way I got grabbed by hands. I pulled out my wand. "Stupify!" I shouted. No second year would know that one. A bunch of people looked at me. Then they saw it was Harry. "Harry!" I shouted. I hugged him and by now he was moving.

"Woah. That was weird." Harry said. "What?" I asked. "What stupify feels like." He commented. I laughed. "Wanna go to Three Broomsticks?" I asked. "Yeah. Sure!" He said. He smiled and I smiled back.

Later

We walked out of The Tree Broomsticks and Harry saw my dad go into the shop for pets." Why did your dad just go into the pet shop?" Harry asked. "I don't know." I said.

He came out 10 minutes later. "Chandler!" He yelled. He came over to me and gave me a cat and an owl. "Dad! You didn't have to!" I said. "Well, since your going to be on the train on your birthday, I wanted to give you something today." He smiled.

"Thanks dad!" I smiled. "Oh! Hey Harry!" Dad said. "Hi Newt!" Harry said. Dad laughed and then he asked Harry if he wanted to come home with us. "No thank you." Harry said. "Okay." Dad said. We waved goodbye. "Bye Harry. See ya at Hogwarts!" I shouted.
