You Hide For Him

Stiles' POV

"Why did she run? she has nothing to run from!" I said pacing outside the hospital with Derek.

"I don't know, Stiles!"

"Can't you stiff her out with your supernatural smelling!"

"I can't get her sent. Where ever she is she doesn't want to be found."

I just stood there taking in all the facts. She ran. She was sick.

"Derek she was on the edge of death the last time we saw her!"

"I know. That just means we have to find her quicker."

Why would she run?

Beths POV

Deaton took me to the animal clinic and helped me stop puking.

"I take it your subconscious is sending you a message. What did it say?"

"That...that i put my friends and family in danger by being with them. That i lead something to them in the future. It showed me the past and what could be the future."

"Well, until its safe for you to be around them, you can stay in my guest house. It's lined with moutain ash. They won't get in and you should have to go out." Deaton was about to walk out the door and drive me there when i stopped him.

"Deaton... Thank you" He just nodded.

As for school, I hadn't gone for a while. Isaac told them i was on vacation and took me my work everyday. They told my mom I went to spent some time camping in a lodge with my friends from English class. I received alot of texts from Derek and Stiles. Shoot even Scott, the twins, and Lahey. The only one i would reply to was Isaac. He would visit me from time to time promising he wouldn't give my whereabouts away. I really enjoy Isaac's company. It's safe.

Tonight he was coming over to study with me. I was too lazy to put on jeans so i wore sweatpants and a Radford tshirt with my hair in a top knot bun.

When he arrived i had to break the ash barrier to let him in. Most of the work was done by Lahey giving me the answers considering he already had done the work.

In an hour, all the work was done so we sat on the couch and talk.

"I'm hungery" I said. "Can we go and get food?"

"Sorry Rapunzel. You're stuck here for the next few months."

After some convincing and a killer pout face, he agreed to let me go out. We went to McDonald's and ate till we exploded. We just sat there when we were done talking. That is until it happened. Something i was so stupid to let happen. Stiles walked in the door. He didn't notice us as he walked up to order. His face was red like he'd been crying. Before we snuck out the back door i caught one lat glimpse of him sad, depressed. Lahey said something that keep me going...

"your hiding for him"

And that kept me going.
