A/N: Don’t hate me.

I sat on the couch trying to figure out how to work my new iPhone that I got a few days ago; the boys were at an interview except for Louis; I had to stay home with him because he had gotten sick, and when Louis is sick he wants his favorite tea, and the only ones who know how to make it are Maura and I; and we all know Maura won’t be around here very much.

The two of us sat on my couch; waiting for the boys to come back while having a movie marathon. Louis came over around nine thirty this morning; because that’s when the boys had to leave and I offered for him to stay here so he wouldn’t get even more sick from running around all day; so Liam called Paul and he said that would be fine, he just had to go to the next interview.

It was now ten forty-five and Louis has gone through six tissue boxes since he has been here; as well as five cups of tea, two bowels of soup and he has tried multiple remedies for his horrid cough.

During the middle of Monsters University my phone started ringing; Louis looked at me when I didn’t answer it after the first couple of rings; then he paused the movie. “Who is it, Jan?” he asked, leaning over to look at the phone screen.

The number was unknown so I didn’t want to answer it; Louis probably figured that I wasn’t going to answer it so he grabbed it out of my phone and answered it himself.

“Hello, Janna’s phone; who may I ask is calling?” He asked, trying to sound proper; something Louis wasn’t unless it was towards his mother or someone mother-like.

I heard yelling coming from the other side of the phone as Louis blinked furiously at them; and then he handed me the phone.

“They want to talk to you.” He said, handing me the phone.

As I brought it up to my ear I said a very nervous “hello” into the phone.

“Hello, Miss Stewart?” A woman’s voice said from the other side of the phone; now completely calm from her recent argument with Louis. “Yes, this is her,” I said, gosh now I sounded like my mother; whenever someone called the house asking for her she always says that, I mean, what else can you really say?

“Well Miss Stewart; Modest Management has noticed how well you work with the boys and their girlfriends, Miss Marbee and Miss Record; and you yourself is dating Mr. Horan is that correct?” the lady asked; where the hell was she going with this?

“Yes ma’am I am; I am also friends with Liam’s girlfriend, we have been friends since grade-school.” I explained, not that she cared or anything, but whatever point she was trying to get at I was either helping myself or digging myself deeper into the ditch that I was currently in.

“Yes; that is right isn’t it? Well anyways Miss Stewart, the reason why I called is we here at Modest have noticed how well you perform with the boys and their girlfriends and we have a spot here for assistant stylist and were wondering if you were interested.”

Did-did this lady just say what I think she said? Me? Janna Elizabeth Stewart? Being One Directions stylist manager? Oh god.

Then I remembered; before Carla and Liam got into that accident Carla was denied the job, then I and she got into a huge fight and everything went downhill from there.

But if I did take it Carla couldn’t possibly be mad at me; I mean, could she?

“I’ll take it.” I said, with confidence, I could not stop smiling, next up I had to call Carla to make sure she wasn’t mad; and if she was I wouldn’t take the job anymore.

After I hung up with the lady; who later revealed that her name was Ilene I dialed Carla’s number and she answered right away; Louis was still waiting patiently for me to tell him what that call was about; but I told him after I hung up with Carla I would tell him.
