Finding Him: Book One: Hoenn

To war.

"So where do we go?" Brock asked
"Hoenn."
"And what are we up against?" Iris asked.
"Extremists. AKA. Terrorists."
"Haha! Love it! Ima have lots of fun!" Brock laughed.
"Yeah. Well, they're all over the place. Recently, the took over all of Hoenn, and most recently, the just took over the rest of the regions. Jatius, Tyas, and Alola. We're the last region to stand! If we don't fight...Hope is lost!"
      "Serena, we're only a few people! How are we going to stop an empire??!!" Miette argued.
"Rebellions. Are. Built on hope!" Serena said.

The more Serena inspired her team, the more strangers joined in, and joined her.

But what Serena did not know, was that some stranger was broadcast ING this live on the news.

On the news, and on social media, her speech about standing up to those terrorists was trending, and in no time, all of Kalos knew about it.
And most of Kalos joined her.

"We. will. Not. Let, them, take our homeland! For anyone who is watching this live, whatever region you fled from, those terrorists took it. We will help you reclaim you're homeland!" Serena ordered "Get ready. Because we're leaving in a couple hours to join the army.

Months later, they got out of boot camp, and we're ready to join the army. And now, they are in the director's office.

"So you are Serena Zay Yvo- I mean Ketchum? Yes?"
"Yes"
"Why do you want to join the army?"
"Well, my crew and I, we have two reasons for being here. To help refugees reclaim they're homeland. And to avenge my husband."
"Name of husband?"
"Ash Aaron Ketchum."
"What about him?'
"A couple months ago I believe, he was sent out to Hoenn to fight off the Extremists. He was killed there."
"Let's see... Ash Aaron Ketchum, Ash Aaron Ketchum, Ash Aaron Ketchum... Alright. He is 20 years old?"
"Yes."
"Got shot in the shoulder in Sinnoh?"
"Yes."
"Mother is Delia Ketchum?'
"Yes."
"Two kids?"
"Yes."
"Kalos champion?"
"Yes."
"Alright. You and your team has officially been registered. In fact. We have nearly 1,000 people that are willing to fight along side. After suiting up, and weapons on, meet with them in hanger 12-H."
I walked out.
"Good news guys!"
"Whats up?" All them said in unison.
"We made it in! Not only that, we have  nearly 1,000 people willing to fight alongside."
"Awesome! Let's suit up!"

So, they all suited up, grabbed weapons, ammo, and Food kits.
They all went to hangar 12-H.
       Once they all walked in separate dropships, they met up with the others.

Serena's POV:

Whispers went around the cabin "Wow, look it's the Kalos queen."
          "You know, it's a pleasure to have you here. You're the lady from the news. You're video was a hit!"
         "Thanks." I said "You going to Hoenn also?"
"Sure are! Why do you think we're on here?"
"Ready to fight a war that's not you're own, big boy?"
"Sure are!"
"I have never seen a soul that was this hyped over war." I said to the man.
"By the way, I'm Ethan. Also, I'm sorry about you're loss." Ethan said.
"It's ok."
Soon enough, we were in the air.
"Hello, fellow soldiers. Right now, we are over Vanville"

We went from Lumiose to Vanville? This things fast.

"Hey, Pilot! Try and use the ultra-zoom to check out what Hoenn looks like?" A soldier from the front right side of the plane asked the pilot, as I was diagonal from him.
"Before I land, you guys have to get out. How about that? Looks ready hot!" The pilot answered.

Serena unbuckled her seatbelt, then stood in the middle of the back of the plane.
         "Alright, guys! Listen up! I'm you're leader in this group!
Remember this... You're loved ones were killed by monsters! Monsters of hate! They can burn our transport to the ground, they can kill us all, they can torture us, they can bomb the hell out of our towns and cities we worked blood sweat and tears for, they can do whatever they want, but they WILL NOT TAKE US DOWN! Because rebellions are built on hope! Let's draw they're hate out, and turn it into hope! Our loved ones will be avenged!"
The others clapped.
Serena sat back down.

"Alright. Prepare for hell. We're starting our descent. Hatchback opening." The pilot informed as the gray metal hatchback slid open.

We looked out at the gray sky filled with Sulfur, smoke, dust, and fog.

"Alright! Clemont, and Co., you ready?"
"Ready" Clemont responded in the mic.
"Alright! Lightning-fall team! Fall out!"
I yell as I leap out the hatch back and duck behind a box.

The others did that also.
