Shoey Gets Real

Again with this Hospital

Joey's POV

Shane took me to the Hospital. I was still sick the whole way there. we had to stop at the side of the road ten times.when we got there I threw up in the middle of the parking lot. I was really sick and tired. when we were called in I collapsed in the middle of the room.

Shane's POV

what's going on? I tried to say it but nothing came out of my mouth.

Shane: Joey! JOEY!

I yelled for someone to help him with tears streaming down my face. there were so many tears in my eyes it was hard to see. there were a few doctors that came to help him. they lifted him on to something. they were talking but I was not listening. I only watched as they were attempting CPR on Joey. my hand was over my mouth. one of the doctors came over to me.

Doctor: He is ok. We are taking him to a room.

I nodded then followed him to my Joey. I sat next to Joey. he was still asleep but alive. him being alive is good enough for me. I sat on a chair next to his bed. I grabed his hand and cried. he moved his head slightly.

Shane: Joey oh my god are you ok?

Joey: Shane I lied when I said I was sick. I have anorexia, and I just wanted to hide it.

he quickly came up to where I was and hugged me. I hugged back with tears roling down my face. I was just glad that he was alive. I love him. I can't loose him.

Shane: Just don't do it again. stop doing what you do. you are amazing just the way you are.

Joey's POV

I was so upset. I was in the hospital for this. I was just trying to look good. but now I must stop.

Doctor: He has an infection. He has a fever, but it's really not that good to live like this. we think the mell nutrition is what caused it but we need to get him into treatment.

Joey: Ok. Do whatever you need to do.

Doctor: Ok thank you. Your fans will be so glad to see you both live.

Shane: what do you mean by both?

Doctor: I mean you both are ill. you have a fever. your face is just as pail as Joey's.

Joey: So he is sick too?

Doctor: Yes he is because he used to be anorexic. his body got used to being not well nourished and now there is to many vitamins in his system at once.

Joey: What?

Shane: I was fat Joey. I mean if someone else was fat they would have done it too.

Joey: I know.

I sat up to hug Shane until-

Shane's POV

they kept telling me to stand back. They kept saying that Joey's heart stoped. they kept telling my bad news.

Doctor: He's back.

everyone was breathing normally expect me. my breathing was heavy. they rolled in another bed and told me to get on the hospital robe and get in the bed. I did that.

Shane: can you bring me and Joey's beds together?

Doctor: Sure.

they moved my bed to Joey's.  we both just lied there.  we never said a word.
